A Sensational Car Buying Experience! After being turned away by Audi-Fremont on September 19th, I was not expecting anything spectacular to happen in Seaside on the 20th, especially, after getting there much later than I expected. But surprisingly, this actually turned out be the most spectacular car buying experience that I have ever had. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Zeeshad, who was very knowledgeable and presented himself as a real professional. There was a no pressure or rush for me to buy at all. But the moment I actually bought the car, I was given a real first class and completely unexpected Red Carpet Car buying experience, that I will never forget. They were very pleasant but gave us a deal we didn’t like. Now we are stuck with it. And it has problems that everyone just wants to pass off to the next guy. Half of what they said would happen hasn’t. And they don’t care. Completely ignoring that I can’t access the zip file for my sale. I’ve given up on any cooperation from them. Didn’t even get to check out the vehicle we bought because it was 830 at night. Bad deal.

Overall, the transaction being mostly done over the phone was a huge deal. Most dealerships won’t make a deal over the phone and expect you to be there in person. I basically told them what I’m willing to do, and they kept it very easy - sending me multiple deal sheets to look over, and answered all my questions over the phone. They sent me Docusign documents to sign before I went in, made an appointment to show up, and the truck was ready to go in the front. All I had to do was sign in financing to finish it, and I was out in like 15 minutes. Fastest car buying experience. Also, they didn’t force all the extra add-ons that most dealerships do that mark it up thousands of dollars…

Awesome experience all around! The GM, sales manager, finance team, and my salesman were all super friendly and made the whole process easy and even fun. They went out of their way to make my family comfortable while we were there. The GM’s a veteran, and as someone who is active duty, I really appreciated how he went above and beyond to make the deal work for me. They got me a great deal, helped me get out of my upside-down loan, and offer a free lifetime drivetrain warranty. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, definitely recommend these guys!

If I could give them more than five stars, I would I love attentive Patrick was with my situation , I came to them with my 2019 Nissan versa my transmission failed and I was struggling without a car, I had to get a new one and was stuck macking payments because I did not have the money to fix my car, but I needed something to take kids to school and get to work . after bad news and bad news and more bad news I finally got great news when I spoke with Patrick, and he went ahead and did some research and turns out that my car was eligible for a transmission, due to a recall on my car. I had tried talking to the Salinas one and they were not very helpful but when I spoke to Patrick from the seaside Cardinale Nissan. He was more than helpful. He was kind he listened and he was just very attentive and kept the communication going, which made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back. I definitely recommend anyone with a Nissan to go to Cardinale Nissan in seaside if they want to buy a car or fix their car .

I purchased a cargo van just 2 days ago and was not informed it had rust issues. The damage was conveniently hidden, and only became obvious once I had time to properly inspect it. When I contacted them immediately to request a flat cancellation, they flat-out refused to take any responsibility. Absolutely no transparency or accountability. Save yourself the headache—avoid this dealership, and especially avoid dealing with Zeyshaan. Extremely disappointing experience.

I enjoyed the welcoming energy I received,and the attention I was given on my first purchase and my second; years apart. But this 3rd purchase...?! A damn joke!!! Thank you Edrick.. Thank you Jesse.You guys tried... but the sales guy... Took over the sale and questioned my choice of a 4wd and talked me into that PO junk prox..... wasn't even looked at by service before I got it no QA. Not washed.. Hope to keep working with Cardinale to fix the issues with transparency after finding out the miles on my vehicle were from the previous GM driving the vehicle and also got a parking ticket from city of Santa Rosa... Dated May 16th 2025... 400 of the 5000 miles not disclosed to me. I got the vehicle in December 2025....Damages not disclosed. I wonder what else is going to pop up and what more of a mess I'm gonna have track down with vehicle that is not clean at all!!!! Now im going to have to go to the AGs office FTC DMV BBb and file a complaint . Thank you for thinking I'm just some dumb broad! You over priced a car that I never wanted and it was already depreciated lied about the package and just playing like it's cool. It's not.

We drove over 2 hours to look at a used Jeep. The Price was listed on numerous car websites including their own at $29K. Spoke with the salesman and GM prior to our drive. Spent over an hour and when we sat down to discuss the price the salesman added another $1600 to the invoice for after market items. We said we did not want them and he said ok. Yet when he came back they were still listed. The GM came over and said we had to pay for them. It was not listed on any third party sites. She then said it was in the fine print - when I looked on their site it said Optional New and Used Vehicle Protection Plan includes : 3M Door Edge Guards $395, LoJack $495, & a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on Nissan vehicles only $595..NOTE THE WORD OPTIONAL - Again she said we had to pay it!!! And then went on about its required for Safety Regs!! They then insisted we give them our home address - not sure what they were checking! Very Disappointing to say the least. Please review other reviews to get a better understanding to their approach to doing business. Needless to say we walked away even though we fell in love with the vehicle.

The car runs great - my last trip in, the breaks needed replacing. They were able to do the work the same day and I’m back on the road - no problem.
