!! A real Nightmare!! •My car was estimated by my insurance to take 5 days to repair- it took almost a month and still not fixed!😱 •A individual by the name of Alejandro after almost a month of having the car informed me that he is only a “body shop” and that he does not do mechanical work AFTER he accepted repairing my car from an accident. •Alejandro asked me to meet him at 9AM at the body shop in lynn on Saturday 06/ 23/2018 and he NEVER showed up! He did not answer my call and until TODAY never called back!👎 This is not what I expected since I was referred there by a friend- even my friends are in shock with the lack of professionalism and deficiency in consideration for the client.☹️ I wish Alejandro had been at least responsible if he couldnt be caring. Strongly do not recommend, and I do not write reviews often. **Also, if you notice several “positive reviews” are from the same person repeatedly. Best of Luck to future car owners who need repairs.🤗

Owner Jose was very rude, made me feel uncomfortable just being in his shop. Was in a very bad mood and started raising his voice at me. Ended up going to K & J right next door and had an amazing experience there. Don’t bother going here when you can go to an amazing body shop with experienced employees right across the street.

To be completely honest I felt confident going to this shop… When I picked up my solara I was very disappointed. The bumper wasn’t on correctly, the car smelt like cigarettes, the color didn’t even match. Such BS. They gave me an original price and decided to change their minds and didn’t give me an explanation as to why it was more. I plan to never go here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Jose and his team are the BEST!!!! The process of repairing our car was not easy as the parts were not available anywhere due to the pandemic. He tried and creatively worked with us to figure out an alternative solution which he did. THen he said he would receive these doors and parts in 5 days and all he needed was three days to complete the fix. He was right on! He kept to his estimate and did not overcharge us one bit, even though he had additional expenses to pay to get these parts. His desk staff was great also and communicated with us often. He did a BEAUTIFUL job, and he is very PRofessional and bottom line….. he really CARES! We would highly recommend him !

Jose and Johnny are THE BEST!! Brought my car in to have Running Boards installed and they told me to drop it back off that afternoon. Dropped it at 1:30 and done by 5. I also had window guards I just purchased in the car as well and they put those on too at no charge. The BIGGEST mistake I made was I left my purse there by mistake and when I called the next morning they had it. Nothing touched! I highly recommend them for their Honesty and Dedication to Always helping and making their customers happy! You have found a forever customer in me.
