Had a couple claims in with Geico on my 2012 Audi that they dragged their feet on. Saw some good reviews about Rob and the shop and decided to go there for the body work and anything else related to my cars damage from two accidents. 3 weeks now he has had the car and geico continues to try and delay and not cover what needs to be done but Rob is fighting to make sure they take care of EVERYTHING that needs to be fixed since thats why we pay our insurance premiums. All in all will be ditching geico as soon as I get my car back and will ONLY go to K&J for any issues that arise with my vehicle from now on.

I’m a single woman never had to deal with things like this before my husband will take care of all this I took my car to K &J auto in Lynn mass and within two weeks my car was out didn’t have to worry about dealing with insurance company. he dealt with everything.I couldn’t believe it. He did what he said it all went so smoothly in my car looks just like the Day I purchased it as I write this I still can’t believe how small the wind thank you so much Rob for having such great service I had recommend him sorry I forgot his co-worker Joe was there when Rob went out of town to help me if I had any questions or concerns I highly recommend them

Rob and his crew did an absolutely amazing job repairing my vehicle. When the drivers side of your Camry has been crushed by a dump truck, that's no easy feat. They pulled it off though... You can't even tell that I was ever in an accident. Rob's crew also took it upon themselves to repair other little dings and scratches on the body and rims. I got my car back looking crisp and clean. This is my new shop... I'll also be recommending them to anyone I know that needs work done.

There was some damage on the door of my wife’s Murano that needed to be fixed and it wasn’t covered by insurance. I looked online to find an auto body shop and was impressed by the great reviews for K&J. I went to the shop for an estimate and talked to Rob who is a very straightforward no nonsense guy. We had the work done and they did a great job with no surprises. I owned a small business for forty years and know that when things go that smoothly it’s a well run business.
