★☆☆☆☆ Worst experience ever! Carlogic did the appraisal if my 2015 Audi Q5 that was stolen then recovered first issue they completed the appraisal within a day but didn't submit report to my insurance then wasn't answering calls for 11 days finally sending in supporting documents but the appraisal was so horrible they submitted damage as only 7k missing so much that you could tell it was a blind appraisal, USAA sent my car to Audi for estimate and came out to 28k total loss so if anyone was required to use this company for an appraisal and you feel it just wasn't right, well it probably wasn't so I suggest you dispute it with your insurance company even if you already signed off on what was offered
