I have an electrical problem(won't start) with my "1995 Mercedez Benz" I 've to park my car for almost a year. because nobody could it found the problem, except "Mr.Carlos" from Cabeza's he finds the problem & fixes it.since that happen my " M-B "run liked a baby!!

We all hate when our vehicles stop working and most of us are not mechanics to figure out what the problem is. But I went to Cabeza's service center thinking that its been there for years and they have mechanics that have been working for over 20 years. But guess what, the said they needed to re-program my car key to the computer because they could not get any codes kick back to their code reader. I told them to give me a moment to think about the finances and I would call them back. Nonetheless, they called two more times to pressure me into giving them $350 to do the job. I later found out that there was no need to reprogram the key because the code reader would tell them regardless of the key working or not. I immediately got it towed to another mechanic. I was told buy a different mechanic (and he showed me a picture and I wish I could post that picture) that they CUT THE PGM-FI MAIN RELAY RED/WHITE CABLE!!!! I am a single mother, relying one income. Its incredible that THEY TRIED TO MAKE THE SITUATION BIGGER THAN IT REALLY WAS to get MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. This is ridiculous "SON LADRONES/ they are thieves". Don't go there. They'll make it worse by the way I only paid $325 to replace some fuses, a relay, and the damn cable they cut including labor.

I have replaced my 4 brakes in my car as well as calipers with Carlos ( main mechanic ) i havent had any issues and his work is very good , I recommend him to my family and several others have gone to him as well , if you are to check to car or service your car , go early , he is always busy , Also , his prices are very good and reasonable . Horrible customer service. My husband went to this place to ask about the problem of his car but the guy who works here didn't even bother to check but instead he said he's busy and can't do it. It won't take a minute to see what's wrong. We're not coming back.

Warning to everyone that this repair shop are a bunch of schemers. I had bought a brand new catalytic converter and an the sensor so they can replace it. I went to them and they replaced it. The next day come to find out from a mechanic the placed the catalytic converter was wrong and the sensor snapped because of how they placed it. We went back the next day to them and told them. They explained to me that no its right and they placed the sensor on the bottom of the converter cause they couldn't place it on the top. So they wouldn't even reimburse me my money or even fix it. I spend $250.00 for what they messed my sensor up & the Catalytic converter because of the poor job they did. On top off that I heard the guy tell the younger guy what the heck job you did here and tried to play me stupid as if i didn't know Spanish, & i didn't here them. I have proof of a recording from contracted repair men they placed it wrong and from varies repair men i took it to said the same thing about the poor job they did. Thanks for nothing Jerks........

They are thieves! The owner don't know how to take responsibility for what his workers do bad!! No one it's perfect and I understand! But he needs to grow some balls and take responsibility! The owner sucks it's garbage a thieve! Never go there ! Don't do the same mistake I did! WARNING on this place! Warn your friends families if u don't want to get robbed !

I've been buying JJ's Hot Dog when I was 12 years old and I'm 61 years old now and I'm do it by chili and cheese and I'm not too happy that made them move from that location where they were apart for so many years these other hot dog trucks are in Frankfort park at they don't do not do that to me. Not fair I hope you guys keep protesting don't give up if you need a petition give me one and I'll get people to sign it you guys shouldn't be moved because of some other Hot Wheel truck made you guys look bad and I'm not happy about that see you guys always been nice to me and treated me with courtesy that's what I do business with in my opinion that chili and cheese is the best in town

I arrived at 8:00 and by 8:15 I was one of the first customers and I recognize the mechanic, the one that worked on my 1st car. By 10:30 I was out of there. I am very pleased, will highly recommend the spot with no problem, he did a tremendous job and he was an honest mechanic and he fixed something else that had nothing to do with the work he put in the car and also told me what I needed to get done for some other job on my car. I will recommend him & the place with a 5 stars or more, please go there it's worth it

Way over price try to charge 1200 for parts and labor. But Omar Auto place only charge me 850 for everything and fix it in a couple hours.

They said I needed to change my a/c but the problem was a bad starter. This isn't 100% there fault because my A/C did have problems with cold air not working and hot air smelling burning sometimes. I don't know how they mixed up these 2 things won't recommend. Seems like the problem is that they are really busy and can't give your car a lot of time. They did fix an evap leak on the first time. I decided to not work with shop because I feel it's to disorganized and would like to be able to directly talk with the person working on my car. There customer service people are good.
