I recently had a brake and rotor replacement. During the visit, Carma’s experienced techs noticed a radiator leak which had blown all over the engine. Tech Emma Smith quickly ordered the radiator and stayed after hours the week of Christmas to complete the task once the radiator was delivered. The knowledge, experience, and dedication of Carma’s tech team is beyond words. Shout out to Heather in the office and Emma for their dedication in seeing this large task through and just in time! 😃

I dropped my vehicle off here for an issue with a rough idle and thanks to Heather and Chris we were able to figure it out. She runs beautifully now. Thank you guys so much for your help. My issue is not with you two but with the shop as a whole. My vehicle was damaged at this shop and no one returns phone calls or anything after saying they were going to fix the issue. I just want my car fixed. If I wrecked your car at my shop wouldn’t you just want it fixed. She says little scratch but also broke both of my headlights and knocked the brakes out of place for the bumper. I moved and was told to find a shop. I did so and when I sent the invoice was given the run around. It’s not just a scratch and it shouldn’t matter how long you spent repairing a vehicle, you broke something so it’s your job to fix it.

I visited CARma for a window that would not go back up. I did not have appointment so expected a long wait before being see or would need to comeback on different day. Neither occurred. The service writer took my information and within 5 minutes of my arrival my car was taken into the service shop. The window issue was what I expected. I was told of a few issues that I was aware of and one issue I wasn't during the inspection process. I have worked in the car business for many years so I had a good idea of what the cost should be to repair all issues they discovered. All issues were repaired and I was in and out within a couple of hours of my arrival. Bottom line. They exceeded my expectations on service and price. As someone who once worked in the vehicle maintenance industry, I could tell you a lot of horror stories about the scams that are pulled. The industry has a well deserved bad reputation. After my experience with Carma Pooler, I would recommend them over any vehicle repair in the area. Instead of charging us ridiculous "diagonostic" fees, they went above and beyond (shoutout to Heather) and traced our problem to a recall that had been performed at a dealership. And only charged us the towing fee. For auto repair you can trust...believe me...give these people a chance.

I took my (new to me) vehicle to CARma last Friday for the first time. I was warmly greeted by the 2 ladies upfront, checked in, and waited in the lobby. They ran a report and found maintenance/repairs that had been done that were abnormal for a vehicle with such low milage as mine. They all informed me of what it meant (to say Im clueless on vehicles, repairs, etc would be an understatement!) Once they told me about it, they had their tech pay special attention to the areas that had been repaired to make sure everything was up to par. They serviced my vehicle and even ran it through the carwash for me! I was blown away by their knowledge & warm demeanors. I will definitely be using them whenever I can from here on out! I appreciate you guys!

Re: Transmission Service Complaint Dear CARma Auto Care Management, I am writing to notify you of a serious problem following the service performed on my vehicle at your Savannah location on April 4, 2025. My car was brought in for transmission-related work, and I was told that the service had been completed correctly using the proper transmission fluid. However, I later discovered that the wrong transmission fluid was used, which has caused my vehicle to leak transmission fluid continuously. Your staff has attempted to claim that the leak is engine oil, but that explanation is clearly incorrect. If the leak were engine oil, my engine oil level would be extremely low. Instead, it is above the proper limit, proving that the leak is transmission fluid and directly related to the work performed by your shop. On April 19, I contacted your shop to report the leak. I was then sent to one of your chain repair locations in Atlanta for evaluation. After inspecting the vehicle, the technician there confirmed that the leak was transmission fluid, not engine oil. Instead of repairing the problem or correcting the use of incorrect fluid, they simply wiped off the leaking fluid, did not top off the transmission fluid, and sent me on my way, leaving the issue unresolved. Furthermore, when I attempted to follow up with your Savannah location, the receptionist raised her voice at me while I remained calm, and eventually hung up on me. This unprofessional behavior made the situation even more frustrating and hindered any progress toward resolving the issue. Additionally, I have already spent $200 on a U-Haul tow to bring my vehicle to your shop and back home, only to receive no proper repair. I will not spend another $200 to tow the vehicle again unless you confirm in writing that you will fully repair the damage caused by your incorrect service. I should not be required to continue paying towing expenses for an issue caused by your shop.

A delightful surprise was in store for me after experiencing my oil light which came on my vw tiguan near the Savannah airport. I knew when the oil light comes on it could be a very serious problem. I googled service centers near the airport and CARma popped right up. I called CARma and was told the shop was only minutes away. Upon arrival the charming service women offered a complimentary car checkup as well as an explanation of why my oil was low. I was fearing the worst, but when the service technician reviewed the low oil letting me know I was neither burning oil or leaking oil and it turned out to be a simple problem and added two quarts of oil. The technician also looked over the underbody for any other issues and a printout was given which I can hand to my service tech a thousand miles away. A bigger surprise came when I asked for the bill I was told “we’re being generous today, no charge! Happy Halloween! The generosity and caring these two women gave me is still making my heart feel warm. Thank you women of CARma!

Whats crazy to me is the very OWNER claimed that using the wrong transmission fluid doesnt cause leaks, my car uses blue which is thicker and very obviously they added red which is thinner leading to damage and leaks and they didnt even replace the filter all they did was drain and refill with the wrong fluid and charged me $750 and still claimed im a scammer

On Friday, October 17, 2025, my husband and I were driving from Sevierville, TN to Orlando, FL and needed to be there by 4:00 p.m. to babysit for our newborn grandson so our daughter and son-in-law could go out for their 10th wedding anniversary. On the way we encountered car trouble. The fan would not turn off even though the engine was not overheating. I called several dealerships along the way, but no one could see us before two days from then. The last dealership suggested that we find a good mechanic that might be able to help us. I googled mechanics from a rest stop in Savannah and found Carma Auto Care. They could not have been nicer. The young lady that answered the phone advised there would be a minimum of $156 to diagnose the issue, but she was certain they could help us. We drove over to their shop and the mechanic just listened to the vehicle as we drove up. He took us inside and requested a specific part be ordered which was delivered within 15 minutes. The mechanic then replaced the necessary part which corrected all of the issues we were having. They had us in and out of their shop within an hour and a half so we were able to make it to Orlando in time! I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone that needs excellent service and care! I love this place! The staff are highly knowledgeable, super friendly, and professional. It seems like it’s a small family owned shop which makes it even better. I took my car to get serviced as it’s going on a long trip here soon and I asked them to do an oil change and a transmission fluid replacement. Their workmanship is remarkable and they went above and beyond by performing a full inspection on my car, including pictures, videos, and offered some other recommended services, which I opted to have them complete. Their communication is wholehearted and they respond to you pretty quickly. I also learned they have warranty on their parts too. And, if for whatever reason you have to bring your car back after a recent repair, they are prompt to respond and will walk with you through troubleshooting to make sure your car is in excellent condition. Listen, a stupid mistake on my part lead me to the CARma Auto Care. Not only did they fix my bumper in under an hour & thirty minutes, they also made me aware that my tires on my car were separating. Excellent experience with Carma in Pooler! My family will use them exclusively for our car work and maintenance. My car did some very strange things and I needed to tow it to a mechanic. The week prior to this, I was already in the market for a new mechanic and got recommended by several acquaintances. I had a wonderful proactive call with Heather and determined I would use them the next time something came up. Back to my experience with towing my car there on a Sunday night, only a few days after that call, their text service was helpful with communicating with their team. I dropped off my key Monday morning at opening and every team member was there and contributing to the conversation and helping to educate me about my car. The techs and everyone communicate well and thoroughly. Their inspections are worth the money with pictures and videos for proof. They update your records into CarMax which is great. They have a labor guarantee on their work. They corrected the issue that caused me to tow it in and even worked in extra work I decided to approve after getting my car inspection report!
