Unfortunately found myself here after getting some deep passenger door scrapes from underestimating spacing in my new garage. I reached out via Yelp first and chatted with Cesar, who told me to swing by so they could make an in-person assessment and give me an accurate quote. After getting a quote, I visited several other places before ending up back here since it was closest to my house, employees were friendly and seemed honest, and they were willing to work with me on price. I dropped off my car around 10am on a Wednesday and picked it back up around 4pm on Friday, which I'd say is good timing and I'm glad it wasn't in the shop into the weekend. Since I live 0.5 miles away, I appreciated that they were also able to give me a ride back and forth. When I picked up the car, I checked the scraped area and wasn't able to notice any paint that was off. Think they blended well and did a good job! They also guarantee their paint job with a warranty, so if the paint did start getting messed up, I could always take it back here to get fixed. I also had some bumper paint damage that I asked about getting fixed but ultimately decided not to. After I got the car back, I noticed that they painted over some of the bumper spots free of charge! Overall, I was satisfied with this shop and hope to never find myself in this position again but if I was, I know where to go.

Sergio took care of me after I was in an accident that I wasn't at fault for. Looked for a place that was easy to work with and had a good turn around time, but found the perfect place. Car was cleaned very nicely afterwards as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to get a body repair, especially with the Enterprise (who don't have nearly as much customer service) across the street to get a rental if necessary.

My Ram truck was hit in the front fender & door. I'm super picky and made it clear to every shop I would except nothing less than perfection when getting estimates. Sergio knew I was serious and was a little scared but very confident they could completely satisfy me. Their pricing was the best, other shops add the "this guy's crazy" pricing on because they were sure they couldn't get it perfect the first time. Trucks been done for 3 weeks and I have been trying to find a flaw in the bodywork, paint or clear coat. But I can't, I did have to buff out some swirl marks they left (nobody has ever given me my car back without swirls) I can honestly say they did a remarkable job, I'm very impressed with the quality of body & paint work.

The service here is amazing. I had my windows replaced the next day, at my convenience, at a fair price. 1st photo is a before; photos 2-4 is after; last two photos were before! They did an excellent job in fixing my car. I have a 2018 Toyota Corolla in pearl white. They managed to make my car look brand new! The process can carry depending on your insurance but they did a great job in keeping in touch via email and phone. You just have to make the first effort in asking because they are busy because they do such a great job. Overall I love the service and the fact that they wanted and vacuumed my car after! Overall, VERY satisfied with this shop. I don't have too much experience with body shops or insurance so I feel like I was taken care of. Sergio seemed pretty honest and generally is looking out for the best deal for you. He's very patient as well. Upon car drop off, I was also given a complimentary shuttle a few miles home so thank you so much for that. That being said, my minor scratches and dents came out 97% perfect which I think is expected(?). It would have been nice if he went over why it wasn't 100% but i can see small wrinkles and loose body lines if I look reaaaaaally closely. It could be my inexperience but I'm not sure if it's normal that it's not 100%. Anyways, needle in a hay stack and you wouldn't notice it unless I pointed it out to you up close. He threw in a few sweeteners like painted badges and caps and also... the car is cleaned inside and out!! Would recommend! Thanks again Sergio :)

A+ work. They’re not the cheapest place around, but their paintwork and bodywork is second to none. The surface texture is a perfect match to factory paint, the tricky metallic color on my BMW is a perfect match, and the customer service is fantastic. They stand by their work 100%. They refinished one of my panels when it had a dent that was not there when I dropped it off. I do a lot of my own work, including trim panels and whatnot, so I can’t comment on tiny fit and finish details, but for a car enthusiast and avid DIYer, I will keep returning to Carmona’s for all my paint and bodywork needs. I’ve already used their services twice on one vehicle (when I bought it salvaged, and when I rear ended someone who did a no-look lane change). Both times they were happy to fix my car with the parts I brought. Included are before and after photos of each crash.
