My truck air conditioner needed to be recharged and I pulled in here today just to see how much it would cost and how long it would take. Soon as I pulled up the owner walked over to my window and asked what I needed. I told him about my air conditioner and he told me to pull right up to the machine and started checking it. He checked how much freon I needed, told me the cost and did it right then. I couldn't believe how nice, easy, and fast my service was done. I would highly recommend Jim!

They did not expect to work on our car till this tues but were able to get to it much more quickly. Customer service excellent. Estimates clearly written and very thorough. However Our car is just not worth the repairs. Too old with too many problems.

Fantastic experience. Bought two cars so far. First one was great. No hidden issues. So far the second one has been good as well. Difficult to find mechanics that have integrity. This one does and his family is a pleasure to be around and work with! Highly recommended! UPDATE THE CAR HE SOLD ME HAD A BAD TRANSMISSION LOST 1200 I will never buy from these people again.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had working with an auto repair shop. I found the owner and staff to be intelligent, well-trained and willing to show me first hand the problem my truck was having. Most importantly, they were very inviting, from the intake manager to Shadow, the office mascot. A beautiful Alaskan Husky. Highly recommend the team at C.A.R.S. I ran into an issue with a seized brake caliper on my F150 while traveling through SC last month. When I called, they didn't hesitate and advised to have the tow truck drop off and they would look at asap. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, expedite parts, and get me back on the road within a couple hours, they also let my two dogs hang out in the office and visit with Shadow. Super friendly and great service. You saved the day!

While the staff was very friendly and helpful the quality of work is just not there, I’ve had two cars there and each have had an extensive list of issues after I picked them up. One of these cars had over 64 codes stored after they swapped out the engine, welds on the exhaust components they replaced were awful and both cars have had extensive oil leak issues from components that they claimed to have replaced. Overall I would not recommend wasting time or money with this shop.

This little shop came to my rescue as my car died right in front of their place. Not only did they jump my car and get it off the road to safety, they were very kind to my two boys and myself while we came up with a plan of attack. They did a quick diagnostic test and told me about my extensive issues with my car and made an honest recommendation for me to utilize my warranty with the dealership. I so appreciated their help, quick work, and honest assessment. I didn’t end of using them for a repair service but I would have without hesitation. Please support this great small business. The woman in the office was my angel in a very scary situation. ❤️❤️

Worst place ever i dont recommend going in there. They broke a manifold sensor and left half of it stuck in it and they ordered a new manifold for a 20 yo old car and charged me 1000 for it . And did not fix the problem

This is a small, local car repair shop...but do not let that deter you. The shop owner, Willie Ham, and his daughter are super kind and welcoming. I had to deal with something on my F150 that left me waiing in their shop for a significant amount of time...and his daughter was so kind and helpful, despite being there so long. And every time Mr. Ham came into the office from the shop area, he was pleasant and very personable. Highly recommended!

My SUV broke down 6 miles from this shop. I called a couple close to where I was at and they were the only ones who answered the phone. Not only did they say they can get me in last minute but gave me a number to a tow guy that got to me in 15 minutes. They had my car done in less than 24 hours. It was my alternator and battery. They seem very knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend.

I had a power steering pump replaced at Carolina Auto Repair approximately two and a half years ago. Although I only had 2,200 thousand miles on the vehicle, it was out of warranty. The repair shop fixed the problem (a loose clamp) and did not charge me. I would highly recommend them.

The lady at the front desk is a fiery fox, she’s down to the point but she knows her stuff and she dresses to impress. They helped my cousin with their intoxalock, and repaired some faulty sensors in my car. The price was reasonable with a discount for cash. I’ll return and recommend this shop.

Overpriced, front desk lady is very unprofessional and rude to customers, seems to be bothered to be at work. Doesn’t know how to even give quotes/prices, doesn’t know anything when the customers ask a question. I would recommend to go to any other shop than here.
