Carolina Collision Center.did an excellent job repairing damage.done by 2 deer on my Subaru Forester Limited. What makes me happy is that they guarantee the work as long as I own the car! Thanks to James Brown and the entire crew!

IF YOUR INSURANCE sends you here as a recommendation -GO somewhere ELSE!!! I always had to call to check on my car I never received an update about my car. They kept getting my car mixed up with someone else’s!! While working on my car over the days they had it the left my windows down and it stunk of garage/shop smell. (I remotely get notified of all activity on my car!!) Never locked my car doors. The paint job did NOT match the rest of my car. No apologies and really up charged my insurance! I really don’t write reviews that much but I didn’t want others to experience this bad service. ….oh the “survey link” they sent me afterwards didn’t work when I clicked on the link. I wonder why???

As told by others I completely agree if your insurance company recommends you to this place GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’ve dropped off my car to get repaired after getting rammed from the back and took it in to get a rear body repair . Repairs took around 3 weeks ,the date for pick up kept being push back but I understood as long as my car would be repaired properly . I picked up car the day it was ready , I recommend to take with you someone who knows well about cars . At first looks repairs looked good but after taking it home to get a better look at by someone who has more experience than me there were issues with left rear light sticking out and parts not being welded in right . I also noticed stains left on back seats that were not left there when I dropped off the car . They were smart with it , by dropping down back seats so I would not see the mess and stains left behind on my seats . I took it back to try to get it fixed they made excuses to say that they didn’t know anything about the stains and that the welding and repairs that were made were the best they could do . They put light back in to the best of their ability , I REPEAT BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES . They tried taking some of the stains off but was not completely removed . Keep in mind I was a whole hour scrubbing trying to remove grease stains off with no success . I also noticed both car power outlets in my car were no longer working . Before repairs outlets were working just fine , but after pick up both outlets were no longer working at all . I went back to repair shop to get answers and to get it fixed since at drop off they were working and after they were not , manager came outside with me and I told him problems he basically said they had nothing to do with power outage , and was no help . I explained to him that this made them look bad seeing how patient I’ve been with their shop after so many issues after pick up . He did not want to listen or take accountability for issues. * Don’t be surprised if you leave your car to get repaired and be left with additional problems!

Even when things happen large and small, you want a place you can trust and be at least relaxed and happy they're working on it. Everyone here was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with my issue. Their techs are highly skilled, certified and detail oriented. If you have the unfortunate need to visit a business like this, you've found a great one. Their top tech, Johnny is such an asset and an amazingly talented, tenured and meticulous auto enthusiast. It's great meeting your doppelganger of a different trade, I can make furniture, working with wood since about 5 or 6 with my contractor dad. Johnny is the same with his dad and cars, could take any of it apart then confidently put it right back together better than before. He's definitely who you want to fix it, if yours is a treasured ride.

had the same experience as the previous comment, stay far away from this place if you want your car to be in respectable condition. My new door was damaged after they put it back on an old broken hinge and now I am extremely disappointed in how my car looks. There are pin holes all throughout my paint, the paint job quality was very low. They also tried to only paint approximately 1/6 of my door while charging me for nearly the same amount of time they claimed to have spent painting an entire door (3 hrs time charged to fully paint an unpainted door, 2 hrs time charged for painting 1/6 of a door). There is a clearly visible line at the point where they taped off the rest of the door to paint only 1/6 of it (which they charged me 2 hrs for) which makes the paint look terrible and inconsistent. The customer service was beyond disappointing and the staff is very rude. They constantly want to argue. The owner came to look at it and told me that the door was "within tolerance". Does this door appear to be "within tolerance" to you? or does it look bent? (dark blue car in their photos section). When I tried to address these issues with the manager after having to come back for a 4th time for them to fix their constant errors, the manager refused to even look at the bent door and told me I "had to take this car today". When I filed a complaint with the BBB his response indicated that he thought another door was the issue, which highlights his negligence and unwillingness to even listen to my concerns. The staff here could care less about your concerns as a customer. Every time I look at my car I regret having come here. There are numerous other places with higher ratings. Please save yourself time and a headache and choose one of those better rated businesses.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible communication. Disgustingly rude management. Brought vehicle to them after recommendation by insurance company after a front end collision. Kept car for a month, only updated through text when my husband prefers phone calls, so he wasn’t up to date on when vehicle would be ready. When he finally called to get an update, they said vehicle was ready. We weren’t able to get pick it up before they closed because of work. We had to wait over the weekend. Rental car agency tried to charge us 3 additional days because we kept it longer than this shop reported to insurance. If we were updated more effectively, we would’ve been able to make arrangements to pick up vehicle the same day it needed to be picked up. They installed lights incorrectly, didn’t communicate which bulbs my husband needed to purchase since they were aftermarket LEDs prior to accident. When we finally picked vehicle up they said a fender liner still needed to be put on but we could come back when it came in later that day. Said they would call. Even wrote it down a piece of paper in front of us reminding to call. No call received. Two days later, the vehicle overheats while driving our 8 month old daughter to daycare. Reluctant, they tow back to their shop. They want nothing to do with it after looking at it and claiming they never touched the radiator so it’s not on them. Front end collision and they didn’t look at the radiator…now they want to charge us for towing. I find out they don’t do any mechanical work there, they send to another company to do all mechanical work. Car doesn’t seem aligned but they have no answers other than “we sent it to be looked at” I keep getting push back from manager Melanie who finally transfers me to “Regional Manager” Robert Gaines…this man cares absolutely nothing about how we were treated, the poor communication, our issues with the headlights, saying the car is ready but finding out it’s actually not completely ready. His only concern is there is nothing they can do about our car’s issue now because they weren’t instructed to look at radiator. We told our insurance adjuster as soon as they came out that we smelled radiator fluid. If that wasn’t communicated to them why is that on us? They kept pushing back to insurance. Insurance kept pushing back to them. Robert doesn’t want to listen to me explain why I’m upset with how terrible this process has gone. He keeps trying to hang up the call. I ask if I need to come down there to express in person in full detail what has gone wrong during this process and why we are unhappy, his response was he would have me removed if I was unprofessional. Then he hung up on me after saying he was terminating the call. I am so irate with this shop. They have no customer service skills whatsoever, especially their so called manager. He told my husband at one point when we called that he had no idea what’s going on with the cars being repaired in the shop, so we’re not sure why were ever transferred to him in the first place. If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve never had such a bad experience with an auto body shop as we’ve had here. I can’t decide if I’m more upset with how they “fixed”‘ our car or how terrible management treated us. Again, please don’t go here.

Jeremy T. from Carolina Collison on Church Street was one of the most knowledgeable and reliable person I have ever worked with. He kept me up to date with all the process of fixing up my Jeep. When my insurance dropped the ball, he was a call away to keep me from getting frustrated. He treated me like a long-time friend and I still feel like one. I would recommend him and this place to anyone. If I have get into another accident (knock on wood), I'd easily pick this body shop again.

Took 9 weeks to fix a rear quarter panel. 5 weeks longer than the original promised date. Worked performed seems to be satisfactory but it took way too long. Vehicle was returned clean. Had to return the vehicle immediately for additional repairs, sunroof not working, and a few other quirks. Tire pressure was low on all four tires when delivered.

Staff and service were amazing, Jeremy went above and beyond for us and made us feel like family. We had unforeseen delays (not their fault) and he made sure to take care of us and keep us updated. I have never dealt with a car company so personable and caring. They kept in contact with updates, made sure to help us any way they could and returned our car looking amazing. You could not tell anything had happened to the front end!
