Do not for any reason utilize this companies services!!! They lack ethical and moral backing! I was in a high speed, head on collision pregnant. Had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance. Was not able to retrieve any of my personal items do to this. Spent the entire evening and next morning stressing about my baby in the ER. When I was finally assured she was ok and went to retrieve my house keys, purse and personal items that were still left in my vehicle, this company denied me access until insurance provided all the information they required! I’d barely slept, my body was beat up, sore and tired. I was stressed and I hadn’t yet had an opportunity to thoroughly dive into the paperwork aspect of this wreck. I didn’t have all the information they required. I had to get local authorities involved just to help assist. The employee was beyond rude, snide and inconsiderate. They will not treat you well! They only care about getting paid and have no moral care as to the fact you just went through something traumatizing and/or stressful! You will not be treated with care and I don’t imagine they’d treat your property with care either! Again do not use this company for any reason!

I used to come.here for another car I had and they were pretty good. The old mechanic was very knowledgeable and o felt he wasn't ripping me off, but my most 2 recent times I was very disappointed. I came first to get my seat belt fixed and he said he needed to take out the seat and to do it. And after doing the seat the seat wasn't put back in right and now it shakes when someone sits in it. And when i came to have him look at it. He tried to charge me to fix something he messed up. I should have learned my lesson, but came back because my check engine light came on. And my car was revving continuously. I went to advances auto parts to get it diagnosed and they said it was the cam intake shift. So I took it for him to fix it. And he said he took care of it, and it cost me over $300, but the same problem started almost immediately, so i went back and he didn't offer to look at it, instead he told me he had to order one because another one needed to be replaced also. But he could have done that when I first came. I feel he is gonna have me pay another $300-$500 then tell me i need something else. The old mechanic Rob would explain what the problem and what he did after he fixed it. And my car would usually run fine. I feel.the new guy doesn't know and was just trying to get me to pay more money.
