Happys has fixed my car twice from fender benders. First time, I paid out of pocket from being hit by an uninsured driver. Excellent price and repair. Second time, Happy negotiated with the Insurance company to get the repair fully covered. They took very good care of me. Happy is also my neighbor, and gives back to this community often. That's important to me, and another reason I'm a fiercely loyal customer. Thank you Happy!

Four years ago I sideswiped an MTD bus. I was in a borrowed car! No damage to the bus, but damage to the SUV. MTD told me they used "Happy's" when they need body work on the buses. They were extremely competitive on price, but they also accommodated my busy schedule. Their work was perfect- and much better than what I expected for the price! Last week I backed into a wall with my Lexus SUV. Thankfully my i-phone had stored their name. I drove to the old location and they had relocated. The internet gave me an address for a slightly different name, Catster. I drove by and thankfully saw a sign inside that said "Happy's"! The office sent Happy over to my car. My rear panel had separated from the clips and left a wedge opening. Happy opened the trunk, gave a good solid pounding, and the quarter panel was good as new! Happy did not even charge me. I know we have many auto body repair shops in this town, so please go to this shop for your estimate! You will be Happy!!!

I took a few bids for a job I needed done. Happy's at first was on par with the others, but then the estimator offered a means for me to reduce my costs by $200 if I ordered the parts myself and brought them there. They did a quick, perfect repair job and even came in $32 under their final estimate. I had had prior experience at one of their competitors where I went twice and had horrible results with them, (I won't mention the name here but it is on the same street but they left scrapes and a dent after repairing my car), but Happy's is far superior. Highly recommended.

This is a great shop. Happy and his team are a positive, professional and attentive crew. I had a problem with my headlights being dim from years of exposure to the sun. Happy diagnosed the problem quickly. (I had no clue what the problem was and had tried replacing the bulbs myself). I dropped the car off in the morning and his team took care of the job quickly. The headlights are much brighter now and the plastic casing looks almost like new. The car wash they gave my car made it look amazing. If I had any more problems with the car, I wouldn't hesitate to trust Happy with the job.

This shop, Happy's Collision Center, went above and beyond good service in repairing the front bumper and panel on my BMW. The work they did was superb, and at no extra charge, they even did some touch up cosmetic repairs where paint was peeling on another area of the car body. Plus, they invited me back for a free polishing of my car after the paint seasons for a week or so. They're great, hard working guys who do quality work. I recommend them.

Happy and his staff are nice to deal with, take pride in their work and really care about quality. They almost make dealing with the aftermath of an accident pleasant. My Porsche Boxster had an encounter with a pole in a parking lot and the front bumper and fender came out quite worse for it. After the repair I took the car home and it looked so good my wife said, "Honey, you should get into an accident more often." 'Nuff said.

I was in a car accident and chose Happy’s to repair my vehicle. Everyone who works there is so nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had never had to have so many repairs to my car and throughout the entire process Happy’s was communicative and responsive, and always gave me genuine answers. I wouldn’t trust any other shop with my car! I will definitely be using them for any and all car related repairs or additions in the future, thank you to everyone at Happy’s you guys did a great job! They even went the extra mile and cleaned the interior of my car including the tons of dog hair that were in there because of my two dogs :) thank you guys again so much!!

My experience at Happy’s Collision Center was great. I had a malfunction with my mirror, called them, and they were able to get me in within the next hour. I went in and they took very good care of me and were quick with a temporary fix for my car so I could get to class. They followed up with an estimate and told me to come back to order the part whenever I was ready. As a college student with minimum income, Gianni valued me as a customer and did everything to help me. Happy’s has not failed me and they gave me options. I defiantly will recommend Gianni to anyone who experiences car problems as much as I do. Not to mention, the office staff was very friendly while I was waiting. Thank you Gianni and the rest of Happy’s Collision Center’s Team!

After approaching three different local auto body shops for a unique repair. Happy’s was the only place that would give me the time of day and actually want the work. WOW! I was visiting Santa Barbara and had a mishap with my rental car. I called Happy and he repaired the damage in 1 day! It looked perfect and the charge was very reasonable. He absolutely went above and beyond to be kind, accommodating and help me out of a potentially bad situation. I have never posted a bad review for anything, however this place is the worst. Last year the people in the company were nice while fixing my car. When they were done with the body work of my car they told me to bring it into Tesla for a realignment and they would cover the cost under insurance. I went and paid with my own money and sent them the invoice and was told to wait for next steps to get refunded. However, it never happened. I emailed them tens of times and called in many times. The receptionist was nice at first stating she will tell Happy. After another month of no response I called back and she was extremely rude, stating Happy will get back to me when he is free. It has been A YEAR how has he not found time?? Overall they are only nice to you when they are fixing your car, but will avoid your emails and be passive aggressive afterwards. Never agree to pay first then have them reimburse you because they will feign ignorance and stop responding when you try to collect what you are due.
