I tried calling to get a quote or to at least set up a date to have my sons Honda looked at for some problems and the actual owner, Munoz answered and was being rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't give me a quote or try to set up a date to have my sons car looked at. He kept trying to tell me to go to the previous mechanic shop I went to because I still had warranty on my transmission. I told him multiple times I DID NOT want to go back to that shop even if I had warranty, I didn't trust them at all. Munoz the actual owner kept refusing my service and told me to go back to the previous shop, even though I DID NOT TRUST THEM AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY WARRANTY. What a waste of my time, NEVER will I recommend this shop, STAY AWAY.

These guys are truly amazing. They can fix anything that is Honda. Have been going to them for years. One of the best things abut them is that they are very honest and don't overcharge. They will let you know what the issue is and they will solve it. Quickly. It's fairly easy to get in to see them. Just drop your car off in the morning and they will have it back to you same day.

I have not had my car serviced here yet, but I called to ask if they could repair my AC. (After several calls to other mechanics in the area, who said they could, but not soon enough). The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone said they could, and soon, but that bc of the year of my Honda, I should not be having AC problems. Instead, she took the time to research this issue, and found a recall on my car! She told me to call the Honda dealership to see if I qualified for the extended warranty a free repair. And I did!! Her honesty and kindness says all I need to know about this business. They have been highly recommended to me in the past, and now I see why. I will DEFINITELY be taking my car here in the future! Thank you so much for the quality customer service. (And for saving me a lot of $$)

Our car ran out of gas in front of Munoz's Auto Repair and DJ was SUPER helpful! He was so delightfully kind and generous that I was glad to have run into car trouble just so we could meet a soul like him. Imagine looking forward to going to a car mechanic (!!) "Honesty and Integrity" is their slogan. Mighty Fine to have Met you Munoz Auto!
