They used to be great but something has changed i went in for a two quotes and they said they would have it the next day a week letter i called and they said sorry they hadn’t got to it give them a day. well i still never received a quote or call after that which is to bad they have repaired 3 cars for me in the past but won’t get a chance again if they can’t even make a quote. I don’t know if the ownership changed but the owner used to be amazing and communicated great.

My situation was not an easy customer one, but they were amazing, from the front desk Jaelinn and Nikki, to Josh, Christina, and Mark (and you, the paint dude whose name I forgot, sorry about that). Thank you guys for taking the time to repair the back of my car to make sure it matched the body perfectly when I was dissatisfied with the first job, and to the quite literal screwball in the mix of somewhere getting a screw in the tire while doing the repairs. For stepping up to make sure that tire was replaced and then working with me when I reached out to Firestone for the replacement to make sure I got both replaced, one on you and one on me, so I could be safely on the road once more. My car's beautiful again with two new tires, a fixed back end from a rear end and corrected paint. Thank you for making a not-so-pleasant situation a little less stressful all around. I have recommended you to my friends and family and will continue to do so.
