I took my car to a dealership to get fixed. I paid a diagnostic fee and then the price to get my car fixed. Right after it was fixed my car was still making a crazy squeaking noise so I took it back to the dealership but they were trying to charge me another diagnostic fee. I argued with them about the fee because that was the whole reason i took it to them in the first place. They "inspected it" and all they said was that it needed more work that was going to cost thousands more on top of what they already did! I was so frustrated. I searched the internet and came across Al's Automotive from a google search. They had good reviews so I tried them out. They took my car back and instantly knew what was wrong with my car. The dealership that I had taken it to before had forgotten to torque the nut and bolt that held my tire onto my car! My tire literally could have fallen off!! I had my 3 kids with me and the shop wouldn't let me leave until they did the quick service to tighten everything up, no charge, so my kids and i wouldn't die in an accident. I am so grateful for them and will be taking my car here for all future service because they have the upmost integrity!

They were very expeditious in getting me in to troubleshoot an oil leak in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace the oil cooler very quickly. They also asked prior to conducting some routine maintenance that was due. After an issue with my parking brake trying to leave their location, they identified and fixed the issue causing three of their employees to stay late in order to assist me! The guys at Al's are top-notch professionals! I highly recommend their services.

Poor quality work and they do not honor their warranties after the work is completed. I returned the vehicle 2 different times with continued transmission issues. After the first time, I was told to make a video. I did that and when the issues returned, I drove the vehicle to the shop to hopefully diagnose the problem. Still could not find the issue. I realize the shops time is important. My time is also important. I had to use leave waiting for a diagnoses I never received except keep driving the vehicle and waiting for the issue to return. This doesn't work for me. My time is also important. After the 2nd time returning the vehicle for a solution I had to make some changes.

Let me tell you we have had nothing but issues after buying this van. 2 professional mechanics and my father trying to get it to reliable for us so we could actually drive it in just 1 year and a half of having it. We couldn't figure out what was wrong and had another transmission code come up. So we took it to Al's. My dad had taken his truck and my mom's car to get work done there and said they are legit. So we did and we are so grateful we listened. Best customer service. Great price and thorough work. They made sure this time to check any possibilities so we didn't have to come right back. They were informative and honest and it was a blessing we needed right now. Thank you all for helping us actually fix our van!

I have tried many repair shops but this one outshines them all. My vehicle is black and older but it has never come back with scratches or damage, they take care. Not many shops have I trusted as much as I do here. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own. Ron listens and addresses your concern sincerely. The team is excellent, and I won't go anywhere else from now on. I have tried many shops and have had mixed results, but these guys know what they are doing and have my complete trust, which is rare. They are the best in every way, Ron is superior with customer service and pricing, they will fix what is wrong with your vehicle in a fair way. I can't believe I haven't come here before. I just took my Town & Country van to Al's for the first time. They came highly recommended by a number of people. The blower fan had stopped working so unless I drove with my windows partly rolled down the windows fogged up! I took it in yesterday morning and Ron called this afternoon to say it was done and ready to be picked up! I also had them replace the spark plugs. The price was fair and the work was not only done in a timely manner but done well. I was treated with respect which is not always the case as a woman dealing with an auto repair shop! Had them rebuild the transmission on my ’03 Dodge and handle several other repairs as well. Ron is great about giving clear, honest breakdowns of what’s needed, and Steve does excellent work in the shop. It’s a relief to find a heavy-duty truck shop that knows what they’re doing and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Glad I found these guys.
