Had an issue with the sound not working on my 24 F150–Ariane did her magic and got me in the next day. Apparently, if you use Carplay, the system saves it every time used—there was 16 phones listed—not good due to too many and systems aren’t meant for excessive phones at the same time. The tech deleted them and installed software to correct the issue. Very please and now know to delete unnecessary phones. Thank you everyone concerned at Port Orchard Ford!

Brought my 2020 Ford Truck in for a Ford Recall. I made this appointment the week prior. I took time off and dropped it off in the morning and was notified it was ready to be picked up at 4 PM. When I showed up they did not perform the recall as they said Ford had cancelled it last week. I would have appreciated a phone call before taking time off. Before bringing my truck in or even when I brought my truck in. By the way I also spoke with the head of the Service Department when I dropped my truck off for this Recall and spoke to him specifically about this recall and he obviously was oblivious to this pause on the Recall by Ford. I wasted my day and was without my Truck because they could not simply know and do their jobs.

My Service adviser Hannah is top tier! She addressed all my needs, she was excellent. Brought my new F-350 in for a standard oil change. Got my truck back and my driver side door and seat were filthy! Hannah got some cleaner and micro cloth, I cleaned the seat. Was not her fault. But the service tech must be untrained or disregarded all their training and gave me back a filthy truck. Inexcusable work standards and practice. Always leave it cleaner than you found it! This does make me question the quality of service provided.

The service that was done was just warranty work. A light sensor and interior cleaning, and supposedly exterior marks removal that we were told would be covered during the sales process. The work that was done was fine and we were kept in informed by the service department. What’s disappointing is the exterior warranty that we were told would be covered during the sales process was turned down. The interior stain cleaning was done fine, but nothing was done to look for other cleaning covered by the warranty. No vacuuming or removal of floor mats to check for possible stains on the carpet. I had asked that they check for possible exterior pitch and road tar that might be on the paint, but that obviously wasn’t done since no dirt was removed to check for that.

Bruce Titus was so helpful when I was in a pinch after receiving my car back from another shop with an issue. They were empathetic, understanding, and wanted to help in any way they could. They gave me a ride home and delivered my car back to me when it was completed at no extra charge. I didn’t know they offered that alongside their service and it helped take a huge weight off my shoulders. Ariane stayed in communication and was so kind and helpful! I’ve gone to them for service before but haven’t been consistently using them. I will now. Their level of service absolutely blew me away

The service center repaired my vehicle on time and at a slightly lower cost than the estimate was. There was a slight problem with communication. Not sure if it was on my end or theirs however text messages were adequate enough to keep me informed of the progress. Only negative thing I could say is after spending close to $2000 I would expect the dealership to at least vacuum the carpets if not wash the entire car. I received this care at other dealerships after spending far less. Otherwise, I am satisfied with their work.

What can I say except that over the years, I’ve purchased a brand new Ford Ranger a brand new Ford F150 lariat and a brand new Ford F150 platinum. Due to distance, I initially chose West Hills Ford as my Dealership… Huge mistake. West Hills Ford service department Failed to complete repairs on multiple occasions, kept my truck for days without a word and damaged my high end rim among other complete service failures… I would 100% never purchase or service my vehicle there again. Port Orchard Ford was the polar opposite! I won’t get into all the details of how they took care of me, including, but not limited to picking up my car at home and washing it…and I’ll absolutely say a Ford is a Ford…The difference is the service you get after you buy the vehicle that makes all the difference in the world. I will never buy another Ford in Kitsap County from anybody except Port Orchard Ford.

I enjoy the customer service this dealership has. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Which can be rare these days. I actually drive a bit out of my way to go to this dealership for service. Because I have had nothing but good experiences. Since buying my Raptor. I had my Ranger Raptor tuned with the Ford performance tuner, aswell as an oil change. So far so good, I with tune runs great. I brought my recently purchased 2017 F-150 to them for a second opinion on the selling Ford dealership's opinion of the condition of the vehicle. They filled out the Ford inspection form as I requested and performed what they call a "buyer's inspection". Turns out the selling dealer did not fix an oil pan leak that they noted on their own inspection, which is a significant issue. So, I'm addressing this with the selling dealership. But the service and staff at Port Orchard Ford were great, top notch. They even took a picture of the issue before I asked them to and sent me a copy of it. Jacob was my service contact and he was great to interact with, helpful and provided some good information. I have a positive opinion of this dealership.
