I appreciate there honestly, and there help with my car. I thought that my Alternator was bad, but it was in great shape. Just my belt needed fixed. I was surprised and happy that I didn't need a new alternator. I have been getting things fixed with them for several years now, and they have never done me wrong. I also appreciate their communication when something needs changed or there's any changes. They have saved me money more than once now. I would get tired from them or get something fixed, and I know that they are doing the job right.

These guys were AWSOME. I work for the competition but Dave and the gentleman who pulled the screw out of my tire and got it fixed quick and had myself and kiddos back on the road .. Dave was also VERY Informative about tires for my Honda I was asking about Honcoocks but he showed me a better quality Tire for half the price I well absolutely becoming back to get the ones he suggested .. Then at the end of service they told me not to worry about paying tofixing the small hole in the tire .. I was so relieved because budget was tight already this week thank you guys at the Point S . you'll rock

I went in because my my tire light was on and my car seemed like it was driving odd. They showed me the wear on the front tires and the uneven wear on one of the tires. My front end was out of alignment. The difference in how the car drove afterwards was REMARKABLE. I've never had that type of a change in how the steering and driving feels after new tires and alignment. They did a great job. It sounds corny, but it's true!

I’ve taken both my cars here for a few years, and have gotten great service. Once there was a leak in one of my car tires, so I was concerned I needed a new tire. They found that the problem was a leak in the valve stem to the tire. So they fixed the problem, and the tire has been fine ever since. They’re very knowledgeable and honest.

I’ve used this shop multiple times, starting with an affordable tire purchase. These people really care about helping out and doing a great job. I have a hard time finding shops willing to work on my old vehicle but Point S is not ageist against classic cars and always give me great service. Nice staff work done quickly but they won't do anything extra. They diagnosed bad water pump,also timing belt and harmonic balancer. Check engine light on when went in still on when I picked up. Think they would have seen that and asked about it. Also told them engine cover was in the back and was still there when picked up,thought they might at least put it back on.
