I was given a $100 estimate for a transmission flush at another jiffy lube in P.O, this jiffy lube gives me an estimate of $200, then says they are out of the regular fluid, so they now estimate $300 for full synthetic oil. Complete scam. They just pull out prices from the air. Even the Jiffy Lube web page says $100 for a trans flush. I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube for any service.

Update: The manager reached out and found a solution for me. Very impressed with Christian. I will be back to this location. They got rid of their high mileage oil and use regular oil with an additive claiming it works the same. It does not (when also significantly more expensive). Now my truck is guzzling fuel and working hard. I stopped by and let them know I was not happy with the oil they recommended and wanted to try the full synthetic. They told me the only thing they could do for me is charge me for a full service. I paid $130 for an oil change using oil they recommended so in my opinion, they should've been more willing to work something out with me.

This location of Jiffy Lube has never been anything but efficient, competent, and extremely pleasant to me and my family. They are fast without lacking on care or correct processes. They are extremely friendly, no matter who is on staff. This is supposed to be a quick lube experience and they do wonderfully on keeping the pace quick, while also keeping you happy and making sure their process was done well. I would and DO recommend this location to all of my friends and associates. They deserve the recognition they, undoubtedly, don't get often enough. Good job guys!

5 star experience! Kind friendly staff willing to answer all my questions! They replaced an air filter we didn’t even know existed the other oil places never even mentioned it! Wiped all the windows & vacuumed out the car!! They treated my family great! My 3 y/o loved reading magazines & dancing around their lobby too! Overall great experience!!!

They did an excellent job. Super nice and fast. Definitely will go back. However very nasty potholes getting into their garage so be careful. Definitely could mess up your car if it’s low enough. Huge thud and nothing looks bad but I don’t see how that can’t be a liability to the facility. Hope they get that fixed soon

Went to get an oil change. I was happy that this Jiffy Lube didn't pressure me into other services needed. I was disappointed that my window washer fluid was not filled while here on Saturday the 24th. I thought this was always done.

I had such a nice experience with this location. All the service members were really friendly and professional. The pricing wasn’t bad, compared to Les Schwab and it was super quick. I just want to say thank you Isaiah for actually educating me on what a cabin filter is and how to check it. He took the time so explain something that I had no idea about and I appreciate it. Overall, cant recommend this place enough :)
