This group did an amazing job after my teenager ran into a fire hydrant with the front end of my van. They went above and beyond to get it fully repaired and actually looking better than it did before! Communication with Gary was excellent, they worked directly with Geico and they had it done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this shop!

John Latham and Port Orchard Auto Body just completed a very nice repair on my Daughters X3 BMW, that she unfortunately had a mishap in. So glad we trusted John and his Port Orchard Auto Body crew. It was not an easy fix on a European vehicle, but John was in constant communication with us and I was so glad that he was taking care of us, he was on our side, directing and working with our Allstate insurance folks making sure that every part was right. Awesome service, from someone that truly cared about his customer. What a great feeling, being treated so well & knowing he had our best interest in mind. We are just completing our first road trip from the repair and it drives like new!, I can't say enough about John Latham and his wonderful company & crew! Yes it was personal service!

idk if it's new ownership or just a new name but fix auto is outstanding and I would honestly recommend them to anyone. they have great communication and not only did they fix the damage to the outside but they did a full detail on the inside as well, looks brand new! you guys did a wonderful job and i can't thank you enough. Hopefully I'll never need a repair again lol but if I do I'll definitely be coming here!

Never go here!! They have been very unproffesional, disrespectful and have made mistakes in almost every way possible. I originally go an estimate toward the end of april right before i was leaving the state for three weeks. I let them know and was told I would be contacted at that time. Over the next few months after I was back in town I attempted to contact the office over five times and was never responded too. Because of this I didn’t not get a response until mid September. Once I was finally able to get my car in around the 10th of October I was very disappointed in the work that was done. When I initially went to pick up my vehicle the doors were not aligned flush and there were scratches all along the rear door that was supposedly a completely new door due to the damage caused by a deer running into the side of my vehicle. After which I contacted the owner and let them know it still needed work done. Mind you this was after already a month of them having my car when i was quoted 15 days. From which my car was then taken back to the dealership to be fixed according to my specifications of what they had not completely finished. It was then that they still were not accepting of the fact that they had failed to perform an acceptable job and in turn said I had rushed them when it had already been 49 days that they had my vehicle when i had ben quoted 15. At this point i was very frustrated and the owner proceeded to treat me as if I knew nothing about the process of repairing damage to a vehicle which I have years of experience with between my previous car as well as working two year at a personal injury law firm directly dealing with vehicle damage. In my mind this was very unacceptable and I sent my car back to be properly fixed. When i went to pick up my car for the final time I had told them to lock the car with the keys inside. Not only was my vehicle not locked but it was not even put in park which was very dangerous as their lot is on a hill and my vehicle could have easily rolled into a busy 40mph speed limit road. To sum things up not only was I treated like a child but the work that was done was not up to par and in my opinion not even done properly until i made an issue about it. I would not recomend Port Orchard Auto Body to anyone because of the terrible experience that I had. This is unacceptable business practice and I believe people deserve to know what they are getting into especially when it comes to a vehicle that most people spend a good amount of money on.

Top shelf customer service and my car looked better than when I drove it off the lot after I bought it. Gary and the entire team was very helpful, did a beautiful job, and the price was extremely competitive. It's locally owned and they take a lot of pride the in work that they do. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and if needed will not hesitate to go back again.

These guys are PHENOMENAL. Have had 2 repairs done by them. 1. A 1968 Airstream bumper that was ripped off our trailer while flying down the freeway. They put it back in its original 54 year old shape and painted it. Beautiful. And then I hit a fence with our truck - back into rather slowly but the damage was stupid big. As we use this truck on our farm being without it was going to be a bummer. These guys ordered the parts and got everything going with insurance and when the parts came in, they called us. Gary called said it was ready and then immediately called back and said it wasn't perfect and he wanted it perfect. Let's just say when I picked it up... IT WAS PERFECT. Thank you all for making this easy on us and for your professionalism. Super nice folks! Highly recommend!!

Call first. Website calendar let me make appointment but when I got there they had no record of my appointment. No appraiser available. Also was told nothing older than 2000. The website asks for year of car but did not notify me of my car being too old. This would've been good to know, as I wouldn't have wasted my time going to the shop in the first place.

After reading the great reviews about this shop, I brought our damaged 2008 Prius in here for insurance repairs after my wife got rear-ended, and Gary and crew did a fantastic job making it look like new again. Gary uses only quality parts and works really well with all parties concerned, including the rental car agency should you require one. They also do a very thorough check of all systems so that damages beyond the obvious are identified, estimated, and repaired as well. It didn't hurt that his shop is less than 2 miles from our home, either, but that was just icing on the cake. I highly recommend Port Orchard Auto Body for honest, dependable, and quality service. Gary, Josh and the gang did an amazing job on my mustang. They had to replace much of the front end (bumper, lower grill, etc.) and match the stripes. They treated it like it was their car. Okay, wasn't good enough. It looks beautiful! And, they did all the coordination with my insurance. An amazingly stress free experience. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. I dropped my car off with them for a repair, they gave me a ride home at no cost and fixed my car in a timely matter. I was super worried about matching the paint and they were able to get an exact match mixed up. They even washed my car for me before I picked it up. Super affordable, I thought it would cost so much more and it was much less than I had expected. They are really nice and friendly , I felt very comfortable like I was talking to old friends. Love the shop too, it is way cool with old school shop decor. Thank you Port Orchard Auto Body, I will be back if I ever ding my car again. You made this fiasco a breeze to fix.

We went to Fix Auto today and had a terrible experience. My car was hit and my exhaust pipe was obstructed and pushed into my exhaust. The receptionist Ashley, who later stated she was the manager, was rushing to do a very poor estimate. Ashley was not diligent as she neglected to even take pictures of the damage under my vehicle for my exhaust pipe estimate. She was rushing to try to get the estimate into my insurance company. I asked her to take photos and she said no, so I had to ask her to allow me to take the pictures under my car of the damage to my exhaust with her phone. Shortly after she was extremely rude. Fix Auto failed to properly evaluate my vehicle and told me my car was drivable. Ashley stated that my exhaust pipe damage was just a "COSMETIC BENT" and that she would just get one of her guys to try to unbend the pipe to make my car drivable. I felt so uneasy about my experience that we took my car to get a second opinion because this is the vehicle that drives my three children. The second shop told us that my car was absolutely not drivable referring me to an expert in mufflers to properly fix or install a new exhaust and exhaust pipe. The second shop fully evaluated my vehicle, spotting further damage on other areas that Ashely did not catch. I was very disappointed in my experience at Fix Auto in Manchester and I would not recommend this shop to anybody.

Damaged rear quarter panel. Their estimate was the "in between" estimate. Revised estimate after removing and ordering parts was less than initial estimate for higher original bid. Had 4 updates from them while repair was in progress. Car was returned to me within 2 weeks. Looks factory perfect! Cudos to Ashley the estimater and her team!

John Latham (owner) personally went beyond to make sure my car was running like new and safe to drive. He guarantees his work which many other repair shops won't do. He stands behind his work and has the most experienced technicians in the business. The fact that he is a Military Veteran brings an even higher regard for his shop, as we are a military family as well. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I have had three business dealings here and they have all gone fantastic. The communication has been fantastic the staff is fantastic I've been satisfied with the work every time. The work I've had done is minor stuff that I paid out of pocket. Was that said they actually detailed my truck! Who does that anymore?! Lol. Very very happy and I highly recommend!
