My original factory paint job was peeling off in multiple places and my dealership sent me to Wilson’s to paint the car. The manufacturer had extended the warranty on these cars to cover this problem. Wilson’s was ready when I arrived for my appointment with a sweet charming receptionist who offered me a soda and went over the paperwork. The car was ready on the day promised and had been detailed outside and inside. The paint work was perfect. I was very pleased as I had another soda and drove out of site.

I’ve always taken my vehicles to David Wilson Collison. They have repeatedly given me excellent service. I have never had any issues with my repairs from them. They have the best customer service. They provide you with timely information and keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. My 17 year old 2006 Honda Civic, which now my 17 year old daughter drives daily was hit from the back. Attached you will see the damaged caused and the repairs they made. I am always satisfied with them. Thank you again and if a need shall arise I will see you then.

The folks there are awesome. The customer service in person was outstanding. My car looks good and the repair seems good so far. The only reason I removed a star is because updates were not readily available. The link provided via text didn't have useful information and when I called and asked for a call back when they had an update that call never came.

They fixed my bumper after a minor accident. Insurance paid for everything so I can’t speak on the price but the service was awesome. They provided me with a timeline as well as the mechanic’s contact info online if I wanted any updates or information which was really nice. They actually completed my car several days before scheduled and when I got it back the had cleaned both the interior and the exterior of the car!

Wilson’s Carstar Collision Center made the very best of an unfortunate need for repairs! Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and helpful. If I ever need help again, Wilson’s will be my first call. They are professional, courteous, and accommodating—The complete opposite of Safelite where my insurance company sent me for windshield replacement. Wilson’s made the experience as convenient as possible for me, especially since I don’t live in Gastonia. Within a few days, they notified me that the parts had arrived. When I went for my appointment planning to drop off my car, they were able to fix it immediately so that I could take it home the same day! Wow! I wish all businesses were like Wilson’s! Thank you 😊
