I have used Carter’s for well over 10 years now. He has always done exceptional work and has always taken care of me. The last time he serviced my vehicle, the caliper we bought failed. I was super angry thinking I would have to pay full price for a problem he had just fixed. Carter assured me the part was covered under warranty and even replaced the part for me at no extra cost to me. As a single mother this helped me tremendously. He is definitely an amazing mechanic and very respectful.

This is a very busy shop, however the wait and results are top tier. The communication is clear and direct. The labor price is fair and the repairs on my 7series BMW & my mothers Chevy Malibu has held with no complications after. I needed to repair faulty "knocker arms" in the engine of my Jeep Wrangler. Merely by divine intervention, I found myself at the shop. Mr. Carter is honest, reasonable and most of all an A++ mechanic. He had my vehicle "purring" again in 2 days and guaranteed his work. I wish all mechanics were as ethical and talented as Mr. Carter.
