I have been using Cary's Redding Tire & Auto Repair for all of my cars. I have a handicap car which requires it to have a one in day turn over. I can't drive a regular car. So in my eyes they are a great shop to have car repairs done.

Mike and Cary’s absolutely saved me when my truck had broken down when i was driving through California. They were thoughtful and extremely transparent, made sure i knew exactly what was going on and what i needed to get me back on the road safely. I drove all the way back to Canada with no issues at all. They know what they are doing and the customer service they provided me with was unparalleled. Eased my mind in a time of need, rare to find such honest and knowledgeable people now adays. They even followed up with me a few days later to make sure i had gotten home safely. I would recommend them to anyone whos looking to get work done on their vehicle. I wish i could find a shop like this where i live. 5 stars is an understatement.

Most important feature: I trust him to do a great job at a fair price and let me know if something can wait. I needed tires a few months ago and didn't even "shop" him. I referred a friend who was sure she needed a new master brake cylinder and Mike and his team determined that her brake linkage was just corroded and needed cleaning. Can't beat that!

I was told by the dealership that I would be needing to change something on my car, but Mike informed me I didn't need to and explained what to lookout for if that part were to need attention. Mike was very good at listening to what we needed for our daughters car.
