Do not waste your time with this company.After a week waiting for an estimate on collision repair for my vehicle amy never called me with a quote.Called and left message and another week went by no call back.Went to another collision repair place and got a repair estimate emailed to me in an hour.Two weeks wasted thanks for nothing amy

Someone hit my car in the parking lot, thankfully they left a note. Took it to SJ Denham for repairs. They were extremely helpful, informative, kind and talented. Kept me informed ad much as i wanted to be and did a great job on the car. You cannot even tell it was repaired. Customer service was awesome.

The customer service lacks severely. I specifically worked with Jennifer regarding a customers vehicle repairs. Instead of actually assisting customers to alleviate further hassles & delays, she intentionally made it more complicated than it needed to be. She did not even communicate so alternative options can be available to all parties involved, she just told us what she did after doing it even though that was not the preferred method.

I took my Toyota Highlander to SJ Denham after a truck backed into my car in a parking lot. The estimate was given quickly and completely and they began work the following Monday. Amy, the Denham rep, contacted me throughout the process to let me know how things were going. I picked my car up today, four days for the repair, and everything was PERFECT! If one must have car repairs made due to a situation like mine, it is GREAT to know we have a fabulous local company to makes things new again. HUGE thanks for Amy and the staff. I am VERY happy.

So I'm on a road trip heading from Tacoma Washington to Long Beach California oh, somewhere around 1100 miles, when I collided with a ladder that was on the freeway after it bounced around like a freaking pinball between cars. Unfortunately I had to hit it and it struck my vehicle from underneath oh, ripping the cover from the underside of the car. I came in and asked them on the fly if they would help me because after about halfway through my trip the flap Broke Free and was being pushed down by the air as I drove and scraping along the freeway. Wonderful! These guys were so helpful from the desk staff to the people helping me with the issue and I could not have been more grateful so I wanted to leave a review so people can see how helpful they were to me. Great service and thank you so much!

Someone rear ended me, and it was a total nightmare. The insurance company handling the accident was awful, and I was expecting the collision center to be just as bad. It was actually pretty AMAZING. The guy who worked on the car was kind and gracious, the women who worked in the office seemed to really care about our experience and wanted things to go as smoothly as possible for us. I was very impressed with how quickly they got us back in our car, and how great the service was. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a good job done on their vehicle while also being treated well. Never a hint of attitude from anyone here!

If you read the previous one star reviews, Jennifer's name comes up more than once. I purchased my Jeep from Denham's dealership across the street. In October, a lady went through an intersection and hit my right side, totally disabling the Jeep. It happened to be my service vehicle and I was hoping someone would understand my need to get the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. I taked to Ryan, who referred me to Jennifer. Jennifer took little interest in my situation, holding the vehicle in their back lot for nearly 3 weeks before deciding it needed to go to a front end specialist. Part ordered, part came damaged. Part ordered again, part came back for wrong vehicle. Three weeks later, part was installed. Since it was the incorrect part, the gearing needed to be changed. Off to another specialist and another two weeks. Now it was ready for the body work 60 days after first receiving the vehicle. I asked Jennifer when they could get to the work and she promised that if I returned the vehicle on Monday, January 2nd, , they would immediately start the work and would most likely have it out by the end of the week. Three days later it was still sitting in their back yard. I called and Jennifer referred me to Amy. No explanation on why Jennifer told me what she did...just that they couldn't get to it for a couple of weeks. I had to call them back two weeks later to finally get a commitment. Work finally completed 90 days from time they first got the vehicle. Needless to say, my business suffered during that period and I would have taken it elsewhere had I known the lack of service I was about to receive. It was all paid through insurance and Denham received over $20k for the repairs. You might have thought they would have been better at processing and communicating, but you would have guessed wrong. I would definately stay away from their collision center.

Amy and the team here did a fantastic job repairing damage done to our GMC Acadia. They were communicative and stuck to the estimated repair time. When I had a question after repair they were very responsive and assisted immediately. As an added perk there is a Hertz rental in the same building so you can drop off your vehicle for repair and rent a temporary car, all at one place!

The customer service lacks severely. I specifically worked with Jennifer regarding repairing my Durango. It took over a month to get my car fixed and Jennifer said they would pay my rental car fee that ran over a month. To this day 5 months later she still has not reimbursed the $130.00. Also, my car started over heating after repair, and they could not figure it out. Turns out after taking it to a different shop that the hose put on the radiator was the wrong size and they also did not change out the thermostat even through the damage to the radiator was on that side. They took the old the thermostat and put it in the new radiator.

No one really wants to be in the market for a collision repair center, but I'm happy to have found SJ Denham! They did a great job fixing our car after we were rear ended in July. Not two weeks after we got my car back, my kid was in and accident with our other car! I didn't even hesitate to call SJ Denham for that repair. The good people at SJ Denham took care of us from start to finish. No surprises, no delays, and no complaints regarding their finished work!

Had the worst experience!! I was basically called a liar because my sons airbag light had come on after an accident and they didn’t believe me that it happened from the accident and even after telling them I had the car towed there after a not at fault accident and I was afraid of him driving it because of the airbag light being on they said the code showed “generic” and they would not send it through the insurance even after me asking them to so we had to pay out of pocket money we did not have. Then after sending an email to the insurance company explaining the situation that should have been handled by SJ Denham the insurance company issued a check to us. We should not have been treated the way we were treated and they should have handled it for us. If I had never emailed the insurance I would have been out over $170 of which my son and I did not have for an accident that wasn’t even his fault. I had also told them he had decals on his bumper before the accident occurred and they wanted a receipt for proof of purchase and I sent over an email with a receipt, Jennifer said that wasn’t good enough and wanted my son to buy the decals again and prove purchase a second time to which I replied “no we will not do that once is enough”. I would not recommend them and I am absolutely appalled at their pure lack of empathy towards people. Do better!

I write good reviews and bad reviews on services we receive to help the organizations. This is a bad review for the said organization in two different time frames. We have purchased 3 other Jeeps from this dealership in the past. Background – We had a 2014 Jeep Compass years ago that was worked on by S J Denham Collision Shop. They give you a guarantee on the work for the lifetime of the vehicle to the owner at the time of repair. We get the vehicle back and we started to get a “ETC” light – Electronic Throttle Control” error at all different times and that throws the vehicle into limp mode, which means the vehicle will not accelerate above 25mph.. The Compass was not drive-able or reliable. We brought the vehicle back in a few occasions to the Service shop and they fixed something and it happen again and again with no resolution to the problem. The Service Manager let us know he would have to start charging us for the diagnostics and the repair. He even spoke with the Owner of the dealership who made the decision to charge us too instead of the dealership standing behind there “guaranteed“ work. We tried it there way and they couldn't resolve the issue. So, I reached out to various Bureau's in the State to have them work with us and the dealership. Well, we held the Service Manager accountable for his statements and actions in this matter. We stopped going there and got rid of said Compass. So, lets flash forward 3 years – to yesterday – I had a safety recall that needed to be done by a dealership. I decide that I would do it at this local one. I figured, I would go in and talk with the Service Manager and clear the air and start fresh for all of us. Same Manager, I dealt with three years ago. I asked to speak to him after I had made my recall appointment 2 weeks prior to yesterday to do the work. He walked out aggressively and red faced - when I asked how he was doing and shook his hand – he pulled it away abruptly and said “WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU”- I was taken back and let him know I would like to clear the air like adults with him and the dealership and would like to get my recall done here. He said “WE DON'T DO RECALL'S HERE” . I was amazed since I already had an appointment with no problem with the Service guys. He kept saying “you burned me” the whole time – I said “no just making you accountable for the repair work 3 years ago that your dealership never fixed and stand behind your guaranteed work statement” He then looked at me and said ' WE won't be working on any of your vehicle or any family member's ever again and told me to get out of here and never come back to this dealership” Again, I was dismayed by his comments he was very rude, very unprofessional, and held a grudge for 3 years. I write this review so anyone looking to go there for maintenance, repairs, or even to buy a vehicle since the Service Manager now represents and is the face for the owner and dealership with his actions/comments. This is the type of person/dealership you will be dealing with after your purchase and if you have an issue with your vehicle and they won't stand behind the words “Guaranteed Work” and they don't want to be held accountable. So if you read this review and still go there good luck and BE AWARE.

Few years ago my wife was in accident. They repaired and, other than drivers door feeling a little out of adjustment it seemed ok. Well suddenly our bumper started separating from the fender. Come to find instead. Of replacing bumper and fender brackets as insurance paid them to do, the glued it back together n glue finally failed… well beyond warranty or reasonable timeframe to question. FYI, ask for old parts back together n confirm repair!

SJ Denham was one of three auto repair shops I visited to obtain cost estimates to my vehicle. They were by far the most straightforward and reasonable about costs suggesting different alternatives. The staff were courteous and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner and excellent involving replacing a damaged and rusting rear bumper (not easy), replacing severely fogged front headlights, and painting a weathered front quarter panel. Vehicle interior was cleaned as well to my surprise. I highly recommend them. There’s a reason they were chosen Best in the North State by Community Choice Awards.
