Man, if you’re even thinking about getting another car from anybody else…foorrgetaboutit. Rada is the ABSOLUTE man. Very knowledgeable in terms of vehicles. Not only that, he went above and beyond for me before and after the sale with ANY issues I had with the vehicle. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a car from here on out. Even tho I have to drive an hour or so to get here. It’s well worth it.

My cars alternator was out, I was on a tight repair budget, and by the stroke of luck and this extremely gracious business offering a discount not ONLY for being a NEW customer but also because it is the season of giving I was back on the road in a single day. Saved me $31 off of the labor to replace my Alternator. They were also kind enough to use the part I had already gotten from U Pull & Save in Holt (which is also another great place of business) my friend and I went out there, he removed the alternator from the parts car, and I paid $44 out the door for my used alternator that is now beautifully operating in my vehicle, thus returning me to mobility so I may work, and do all of the other many many things we must do as adults. They were extremely busy and got me in and out fast. They explained everything to me very throughly and made sure I understood everything. They kept me updated on the estimated time of completion until it was ready to go. They also had free coffee so that was very nice. They were even nice enough to loan me one of their vehicles to run home while I was waiting for them to finish with my car! Will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them for auto repair.

Steve and the entire team at Carzilla are absolutely amazing. This is my 2nd review and I still cannot say enough positive things. Every single part of the experience working with them was outstanding. The building is nice, clean, and very well kept up. The entrance, waiting room, and lobby is bright and clean and modern. The repair facility is also bright and clean. Every single person I interacted with was energetic, happy, friendly, and helpful. I worked with Steve the most. His communication, follow up, persistence, and genuine desire to make his customers happy is amazing. Unfamiliar actually. Since I purchased my vehicle approx 8 months ago he still checks in with me from time to time. There have been a couple repairs needed after the sale and Steve goes out of his was to ensure the vehicle is repaired correctly with very reasonable prices. He warranties all of his parts in case there is any issues. Do not waste your time going anywhere else for auto repairs. I love over an hour and a half away and I will continue using Carzilla for repairs and CarVenture for used car purchases. Amazing Lansing area businesses.

I was recommended by a guy at a car parts store to go to Carzilla. I’m always nervous going to get my car fixed, afraid of being scammed. That did not happen this time, I will always take my vehicles to Carzilla. I can’t remember his name but he was knowledgeable and knew about my make and model car. He said we didn’t need to do a diagnostic test, I needed 2 solenoids replaced. He saved me 109.00, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Carzilla.

No stars .Bought are Chevy Traverse from them in Jam 25 .Have a bunch of warning lites come on. Take it to car zilla .Not fixed in over 6weeks .Complane and told to take our junk off there property or be towed. Your Trustpassing they say.Never again going to there store....Jim

Watching the team members respectfully communicate in order to get things done in a timely manner leaves me in awe. It’s not something you see at every business. I noticed a check engine light on in my 2018 Chevy Cruze hatchback LT. After running the codes and doing some research, it looked like either a mass air flow sensor problem, or a throttle body problem. I received quotes from different repair shops, including Firestone, Midas, and GoodYear Tire. They all were quite expensive to diagnose, and then repair. I was able to diagnose from AutoZone for free to see the codes, and so I eventually shopped around for parts and YouTube videos to learn how to install on my own. The part to replace was $190. The part to clean was $20. And that wouldn’t guarantee success since it’s on my own. This leads me to Carzilla. I remembered buying my girlfriend’s car there, and we had a great experience. They were close by, so I decided to stop in after work. I arrived at 5:50pm, expecting nothing to come of it. To my surprise, they invited me in immediately and had me drive right up to an open car bay. I told them the codes, they looked them up, gave me their expertise, recommended they clean it first, and if the engine light remains on, they would schedule me in for a full on fix. After cleaning the throttle body AND the mass air flow sensor (a 2 minute ordeal), they said that should do it, checked my car to ensure it was good, and sent me on my way, free of charge! They said if the engine light comes back, they will re-assess and try new things. But for now, my car drives better, and the engine light has remained off. 5/5 service, they were fully transparent, genuine, helpful, and kind for that! I am very glad I stopped in to Carzilla. I highly recommend them
