Stay away! They are only in it for the money. They do not care about customer service. They fix things that don't even need fixing and don't fix things that do. Then they charge you alot more than you need to pay. They suck! I would rate them a zero if I could.

Much better experience than Ann Arbor or Flint.

Friendly people with good service. Usually a longer wait for schedule wise and not a lot of cancellations to get in earlier which I think is a good sign. I’ve always felt like the people I’ve dealt with are trustworthy and knowledgeable.

The Service Department has terrible customer service. If you're a woman, go to Germain Honda in Ann Arbor where you'll be treated with respect.

Work performed was great. Reason for less than 5 stars is because it did seem to take an excessive amount of time to complete the job and more frequent communication would have been preferred.

We have not had good luck here. Service department does not return phone calls. Takes a long time to get your car in. They are not very friendly

Signage directing you where to go is abysmal. My husband had to search around the building for someone to check him in for my car. I received a text that would update me on service, and in the link there was no video to watch as my service was being done as it said there would be. My oil change sticker wasn’t even swapped for a new.

I used the EV charger, which somehow charges for both energy and time, adding up to about $1 per Kwh, which is pure thievery. If Hyundai wants to sell EVs, they should stop robbing EV owners.

I actually am not sure why the reviews are so poor. My 2014 Sonata went in and was not only done before expected but they communicated well with me and provided good service. Would recommend based on my experience so far.

I received the worst possible service from this place. My car was there for over 2 months, and while I was also wrestling my insurance during this time, the service advisors and manager Clint were not helpful in the slightest. I sent them the estimate from my insurance claim of the damages my car had from being vandalized, and I don’t think any of these people had the brains to read what was going on with my car. It took countless phone calls, emails, and I resorted to going in to the service center so I could actually talk to a person when they stopped answering. Then, when they had finally started repairs, they tried to give my car back without half of the repairs it NEEDED! For reference, it was vandalized: smashed passenger window, someone attempted to steal it so the ignition was broken, the side mirrors were shattered on the ground, and the rear view mirror was ripped from the windshield. (Not to mention so much other cosmetic damage.) They tried to say it was finished and drivable with only a new window and ignition….. Last I checked, visibility is a requirement for the drivability of the car. Clint, the service manager, said I “didn’t tell him it needed mirrors.” And this was a complete lack of comprehension on their end, as I communicated my car’s needs with Clint multiple times in various modes of communication. They also had the insurance quote with all the damage to my car listed. And, is that not common sense? If they weren’t the only Hyundai dealership in town, I wouldn’t have let it stay for that long. Maybe if I had a newer car they would’ve cared more, but unless this place is your last resort, I would avoid it like the plague.

They charge for warranty work. I wish there was another dealer closer than Flint. A $135 diagnostic fee is was what I was told to even look at the lift gate that doesn't fully open anymore. There is about 40,000 on the vehicle and has a 60,000 mile warranty. Why build a new dealership, new service center, and then try to rip off customers? You won't be in business long with that strategy.

I had a great sales experience, but the service experience leaves much to be desired. I have had my car around a month (less than 1000 miles on it) and have had a slow leak in my rear drivers side tire for about 2 weeks. I took it in to have it looked at. I had purchased the wheel and tire protection when I leased the vehicle. They didn't ask me if I had it when I checked the car in, they didn't tell me what was wrong with the tire or discuss repair. Someone came out and told me it was done. I assumed it was something simple that was covered under the tires warranty (like a leaky valve or something). The individual asked me if they told me what it should cost. I was surprised and said I didn't think it would cost anything. He was very rude and asked if "I was serious"?. I explained where I was coming from, and then he told me there was a nail in the tire (which no one had told me previously and I'm still skeptical about that) l, to which I replied that I had the wheel and tire protection. They did zero out the cost, but they didn't discuss any repairs with me, patched it without talking to me, and the fee on the invoice would have been $155 if I didn't have the package. Which is an insane amount for a tire patch. Horrible communication and customer service. I will not be purchasing or bringing in a vehicle for service. And I will tell everyone I know not to give them business.

Communication is terrible; I will not be a returning customer. I was told one day to complete the service on my vehicle, and I ended up without a vehicle for 4 days, and the only time I got any update was when I called. I would NOT recommend this place.

I’ve owned a Hyundai SantaFe since 2018. Initially the service was excellent at Williams Hyundai. The last 2 experiences were subpar. I had my car go in low power mode. I called immediately and it was 10 days before they could get it in(you can’t drive until fixed) . When I dropped it off..it was 9 fays later before I could pick it up with no offer of a temporary car to drive. Then today I came in for an oil change at 0900. I’m still sitting here over 2 hours later and being told 30 mins more. I had to cancel another appointment. When I asked for update I was told the service department has been behind all day. Why was I not told this when I checked in. I was planning on buying another Hyundai soon but now seriously having 2nd thoughts

Made a regular service appointment in the app. Received an email with confirmation and reminding me of the appointment. When I got there the people working were nice and even let me know it would be about 1 hour 15 mins since I was waiting there. And offered to wash vehicle afterwards. They even vacuumed it out too which was unexpected and extra nice. Vehicle was finished before 1 hour 15 minutes. Whole process was smooth and no issues at all. This is not the closest Hyundai dealership to me but I will continue driving here because of the nice people working there. (Have had issues with other dealerships in the past and it’s a headache)

I’m extremely disappointed with the consistent lack of communication at Williams Hyundai Service Department. I’ve now sat through multiple service appointments where I was told the work would take one hour, only to end up waiting over three hours each time with no updates. When I ask for communication or try to offer feedback about the repeated delays, the customer service staff just stare at me blankly with no explanation or attempt to improve the situation. This has happened more than once, and it’s unacceptable. I expect honesty, clarity, and basic customer service—none of which I’ve experienced here.

Took my car in to get an all around check. Booking online was very confusing and, so I called 3 times, 3 days in a row around different times of the day and no one would answer the phone. When I finally did get in for an appointment I waited inside with no human contact for ten minutes, awhile Hyundai employees are in the back having conversations with co workers. (There were glass rooms so they could obviously see me) They said they would have my car done with in a day and they ended up keeping it for half the week because they didn’t have the part. (Which is no big deal) But no communication the first day, no updates. I had to call the 5 different times the next day just to get an update. They did fix one problem I had for my car but I asked for an over all check. I know I got charged for it. But my breaks started squeaking a day later and I took it into another shop for them to tell me my break definitely needed a changes Over all worst service I ever got on my car. Unfortunately will not return. And when I say, unfortunately, I’m the one that has to suffer because I live in Lansing and I would like to take my Hyundai car to a Hyundai service center. 0 stars if I could. 👎🏻
