I'm 95% sure they drained my coolant to replace an alternator belt but didn't actually replace the coolant. Pick the car up and next thing I know the heat isn't working, I've got an overheating engine warning, and no coolant when I check. Never had a problem before this. Just glad I had a coworker who had coolant on hand.

I have a 2005 Buick with low miles. Ryans is the only auto shop who has given this car the love and care it deserves. Takes care of all maintenance, tune ups, and repairs that my Buick needs. Their communication is amazing and their new app that shows pics of issues, describes it, and gives you the choice to accept or decline the work and shows the cost, is unbelievable. 100% transparency. Angie goes out of her way to locate any discontinued parts. I can always depend in her and her crew for the best service I could ask for. Prices are always fair and the turnaround time is excellent. Couldn’t ask for more! With Ryans and Angie in my corner, my car will last another 20 years!

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest staff. I took my car here because it was making a weird noise, the staff informed me after a diagnostic appointment that it was my A/C compressor and quoted me around $1k. However, when they actually got in the car to fix it, they realized it was the serpentine belt/pullies, which was only around $500 to fix. They could've easily charged me the original $1k quoted, but they were honest and reduced the price.

Had my brake booster replaced after my car started making the worst noise possible. Picked up my car from Ryan's once repairs were complete and it ended up dying/stalling in my driveway. I am relatively mew to Ryan’s, my car has been in twice. One of my children found Ryan’s and was so happy with them I thought I’d give them a try. Well! They have great communication skills, do not overcharge! and are so friendly in person! While it isn’t the least bit convenient for me they are worth the drive! Now, all my children and myself have our cars serviced there! They just have been so fees to work with, I highly recommend Ryan’s for any of your car repairs!

We had gotten an estimate on our 2016 Ford Escape that was way out of line. My daughter and son-in-law had taken their car to Ryan’s a few years ago and were happy with the service. I had such a great experience at Ryan’s Auto Care! I came in thinking I was going to need a brand new axle, but Zach took the time to really look into the issue and was able to fix it without me having to buy a new one. He was honest, professional, and explained everything clearly so I could understand. It’s rare to find an auto shop that truly puts the customer first, but Ryan’s Auto Care definitely does. These guys are amazing! I was vacuuming out my car next door and having the worst day of my life when I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car. I saw Ryan's next door and decided to see if they'd let me use the phone to call a locksmith. They said "I'll do ya one better" and Zach over with locksmith tools. It took less than five minutes to get in. Thanks again guys!

While this shop might be capable of handling domestics or Toyotas, I strongly advise against bringing foreign cars here. I spent $2,500 for a clutch repair, only for it to fail again almost immediately. Rather than honoring their guarantee, management claimed "driver error", despite my extensive experience and knowing the failure wasn't due to improper shifting. This cost me an additional $2,000 out of pocket. To make matters worse, the only person I found trustworthy, April, has since left. I will not be returning, and I’ve already advised everyone I know to seek a more reliable, honest alternative.

This place is great! My 2010 Chevy's wipers stopped working out of nowhere during that brutal cold spell we had a few weeks ago. I called Ryan's and the guy who helped me actually suggested I try clearing out the ice from my wiper wells before bringing it in, since that's a common winter culprit. It was so refreshing to talk to an auto shop that doesn't just immediately book you an appointment and take your money! Unfortunately, clearing the ice didn't do the trick, so I ended up bringing the car in anyway. The whole process was smooth, and they even sent a short video showing the broken wiper component, which was a really nice touch. When I came to pick it up, they let me know about a separate minor issue with the car. When I admitted I wasn't familiar with the part they were referencing, they took the time to walk me through it clearly until I actually understood what was going on. It was just so good to see an auto shop that genuinely takes care of their customers. And it was especially refreshing to be treated with total respect. No upselling, no condescension based on my gender, just straightforward, honest service. Great experience overall, and I'll definitely be back!
