I have used their services a few times now. I’ve been impressed by their efficiency in getting things done quickly. This latest visit was an emergency one and I was pleasantly surprised they had my Jeep in to be looked at before they thought they would. They helped me fix my problem (my key wouldn’t turn) with minimal cost. We’re back up and running with an education on how we can prevent this from happening again. They saved me so much money I can fix something else I’ve been avoiding. 😁

Son's car was breaking down an hour from home. Luckily he was 5 minutes from Don's and had him park it there until they opened Monday. I used them when living in East Lansing 10 years ago and knew they would be trustworthy and reasonable. Car fixed in a few days, no attempts to sell me repairs he didn't need (would have been very easy to do), and a fair price. I still tell everyone sending someone to MSU to put this place in their contacts.
