Today, for a first time I visited Affordable Tire. I have lived in the East Lansing area for over 15 years but I have never stopped in the store. Jared is an outstanding guy. He was 200% fair with the price he charged me to repair a tire for my snow blower. Other shops tried to charge me 50% more than what Jared charged me. I always appreciate an HONEST, family oriented shop like this one that takes good care of it's customers so they will keep coming back. Jared convinced me that I need to come back and hopefully get some tires for my dodge charger. They have earned my trust and loyalty with just one visit. ;) Great job Affordable Tire. Keep up the great work Jared. ;)

I stopped in to have my tire pressure checked. I was told to come back by an older man behind the counter. The 2nd time I came back I was told the wait would be more than an hour by this same man. I ran an errand, came back within 30 minutes and there was this lovely lady behind the counter, who immediately got one of the men in the shop to assist me. The gentleman who assisted me, patiently showed me how to check the tire pressure for myself. I gave this a 5 star rating, because the 3rd time was definitely a charm!!!

Only had a nail in my tire, but I had very friendly and quick service. This was a couple months ago, but forgot to leave a review. They also took time out to do it when they were close to closing. That was VERY appreciated. I'll be calling for my brakes asap for the winter time! And they are acting up.

We had a blow out and we’re stranded all night. We called numerous places before finding Affordable Tire. Everyone we called or went to would not help us out we needed to put our used tire on a rim. Firestone sent us away because our tire was used knowing we’ve been stranded all night and the spare was about to blow too. Pretty sad they wouldn’t help when we were willing to pay. We found affordable and they took us right away they charged us a reasonable price and they were super friendly!! We appreciate the hospitality and willingness to help people out! Stopped by this place on a recommendation from my neighbor, who's a Motorhead. His opinion on matters involving vehicles holds weight. I put about 30k miles on my 18 foot trailer and diesel transit every year, so having a good general service place is a must. It's usually a massive headache, especially since I'm only home from Monday - Wednesday and travel for gigs Th-Sun. But Affordable Tire & Service Center is legit. Their prices are extremely fair and they have some real talent in their service staff. Everyone is knowledgable and friendly - and they always seem like they're having a good time. Jared, in particular, is a super friendly and helpful dude. They'll let you know if a particular fix is going to be an unnecessary expense, which I always super appreciate. They saved me a lot of money on repairs, diesel oil changes, and, of course, tire replacement (my rig has 10 tires in total). This is top notch local business and I'm certain you'll be more than pleased with your service.

At 3:20 p.m. on the Tuesday after a holiday weekend, they got me in and out in 90 minutes with 4 new tires for a great price. Jared was helpful, personable, and efficient. The easy and quick experience relieved a lot of anxiety of a single person who needs to get to work the next day. Definitely would recommend.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE I have ever taken my vehicle. These guys were swamped. 15 cars in the lot and down 2 mechanics. I rolled in with an emergency, and Jared and John HOOKED. IT. UP!!! Even gave me a ride to get the parts so I could be taken care of SAME DAY!!! I’m serious people. If you got an issue, take it to affordable. Ask for Jared or John and you will NOT be disappointed.

Stopped in for my first time today for an emergency fix on my gas door which was stuck. I had only needed someone to help pry my door open but instead Mike fashioned a new spring to help it pop open again in the future. Everyone at the shop was unbelievably kind and accommodating to me (and my little dog who happened to be with) and were able to fit me in while taking care of other clients. I am incredibly grateful to the entire staff and highly recommend the service at this family-owned business!

My car was taken here for insurance work during March 2022, my vehicle was being parked and I was told it lurked forward and hit the building. I have a 2010 ford taurus that they admitted is EFI and electronic throttle bodies don't do that, it was a manager that was at fault yet wouldn't admit it due to being a dirt track racecar driver and being in various cars. Their insurance paid forward but I was lied to and wasn't loaned a car while I waited for my 2nd new bumper after my accident.

A friend recommended this place to me when I needed a new muffler. I was really impressed with the service and price. My only negative would be that they don’t take appointments. I had to come back the following day when they weren’t busy. This wasn’t a huge deal since I’m on Christmas break but this would be challenging during a normal work week, especially with them closing at 4:30. I would recommend to anyone.
