They were very accommodating and had to actually make a second trip because when I bought the car brand new I was told that I couldn't get it with remote start because she is a standard shift transmission but apparently gm gave the Camaro a specail provision for it anyway and when we ordered the windshield we ordered it with our the remote start and it turned out it needed it so they had to order the correct one and came back a week later and installed the correct one and they did a great job thanks for everything!

I don't ever leave reviews, but I had to with this one!! Easiest, fastest, best experience ever! I live in Lansing, but I was on my way to Owosso to get my hair done and ofcourse a rock hit my windshield. I called around and came across Swift Windshield Repair. Jesse was great, talked me through the protocol and even suggested going through my insurance so I didn't even have to pay a penny. From talking to insurance and fixing the chip in my windshield, it only took 30mins., SAME DAY and I was on my way back home! If you need your windshield repaired, 10000% highly recommend Swift Windshield repair.

My experience was with windshield replacement, and the quality of service was excellent. There was damage to my automobile’s frame assembly onto which the glass is mounted that required a secondary repair (welding work). Swift handled the entire project very professionally with excellent service and follow up. The customer care person who scheduled the replacement was very responsive and provided a time window on installation day which was very accurate. Cory, the installer who arrived to address the issue with my windshield, was very knowledgeable and a true problem solver. The owner even engaged me in the process to ensure the job was completed properly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Swift for your windshield replacement.

I really wanted to support this small business, but Swift Windshield Replacement completely lost my trust. After replacing my windshield, they damaged my dashboard and refused to take accountability. When I brought it up, they accused me of lying about how my dash was originally set up even though I could tell they moved my belongings They showed me a photo taken after the work was done and insisted nothing was touched, which just isn’t true. To top it off, they replaced my wipers but left the plastic guards on, showing a real lack of care. I regret not taking a photo of my dash beforehand, but I trusted them and that trust was clearly misplaced. Would not recommend at all. I’m pretty sure they deleted my bad review this is my second time writing this.

I had a dissatisfying experience with Swift Windshield Repair. I used their service for a minor chip, expecting a quick and professional fix. Unfortunately, the technician barely addressed the issue—the chip is still clearly visible, and it looks like nothing was done at all. I took it too my dealership later and it was reported to me that the chip wasn't filled and was spreading. When I brought this up, they refused to offer a refund or even acknowledge that the repair was inadequate. I understand that not all chips disappear completely, but this one wasn’t filled properly at all. For a company that specializes in windshield repair, I expected a much higher standard of service and at the very least, better customer care. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially if you're looking for someone who stands behind their work.
