Got my BMW brakes done here. First, they let me know I didn't need rear brakes, just front brakes. Somehow, in 15 years of owning a BMW, the dealership ALWAYS says I need EVERYTHING replaced. A&M also came in almost half of what the dealership quoted. Job was done in one afternoon. Definitely recommend.

I needed my Y pipe replaced, crank sensor replaced, an oil leaked fixed and some other stuff. A and M Supreme Auto Repair literally put life back into our van. It was stalling everywhere and the heat ended up going out as well. They were going to do an oil change but noticed that we had one done recently so saved us some money there. Super disappointed this time. Have been getting service here and sending work here for years. Even got my parents on board with their business and person vehicles. I had to make a decision recently to fix my old used car or purchase from a very pricey car market. I was advised to fix if I can. I asked for an appointment to have Miguel (who our family has had a few inspections from), do an inspection on my car and give an estimate and his professional opinion. I had to wait a few days for an appointment but was fine with that. He's good, so he's busy. I arranged for a ride to take me back and when I arrived asked where Miguel was. He wasn't there. I made this appointment for him. I was told his cousin was just as good. He wasn't. I got a call that it was done and that minimal was wrong. I knew better. I brought up the question about other noises that weren't addressed. He was sent out again. I was called and told a couple other things. I just said I'd come pay and pick it up and talk to Miguel when he came back to work. I paid, made another appointment to talk to Miguel about my car. When I got in my car and turned the key the heat was on high with coolant smell coming out(not addressed), also gas tank leak wasn't addressed. Kinda 2 major things I thought. I figured, Miguel will make this right when I see him. I showed up for my appointment and again, no Miguel. This time he was sick, which happens, but why couldn't they call? I have yet to get a call from anyone. This was about 2 weeks ago. This time I felt like I threw my money away😔

The guys were great. They treated me like family. Also the head mechanic told me my car would be ready by the end of the day. Closing time came and my car still wasn't finished. Any other shop would have closed and said come back tomorrow. But those guys made good on their promise and stayed till my car was finished. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service!!! I still have work to be done to my car and they're the guys I want to do it!!!

Took my vehicle there for a gas cap reading and a check engine light. Found out I needed some more work done than I thought. Intake manifold gaskets, catalytic converter, valve cover gaskets, PCV valve, tune up. Even got a custom exhaust/muffler work done. It depends on how much you want to spoil your vehicle too get it to your liking. Everything comes with a price! Patience is the key to success, so you must have it. If you’re working on your own vehicle or if you take it here, some jobs are faster than others. Let the mechanics do their job and I guarantee you a QUALITY job will be done to your vehicle. Shout out to Miguel and his team! My vehicle is running like a CHAMP!

This is the worst possible place you could ever go to fix your car. They don't care about what they do they're only there for a paycheck and to push your car out the door. They lie to your face and will have no problem putting broken parts in your car. They made an attempt at fixing the AC in a car I had just bought and they literally made it worse somehow. Took it to another shop and they told me whoever working on it must've never worked on a car before. They ac is now even more broken and I've lost money. They all smoke cigarettes in their shop and lazy around. Their lot has no where to park and it's on a very busy road. Don't ever come here their reviews must be bought and paid for because I have never experienced such garbage work ethic in my entire life. These people should accept that they don't belong in a mechanic uniform in any way shape or form. I wouldn't even trust these people to flip burgers at McDonald's.

I had been going here for years. I think the decline came with maybe some of the guys he was hiring. Miguel himself was great, and honest mechanic. I think the popularity of the shop shot up once people realized it was an honest shop. I think once he brought on others it wasn't so great anymore. Sad. Thanks for the years of service!

I recently had my car's brake system serviced on two separate occasions at A & M Supreme. During the initial visit in November 2022, I had the main brake line replaced, along with the front hoses, calipers, and shoes. I returned in March 2023 to have the master cylinder, wheel cylinders, and back brake shoes done. To my disappointment, I encountered persistent issues with the brake pedal pressure after the second service. Seeking a resolution, I brought my vehicle back to the shop on three additional occasions, spanning nearly a month and a half. Despite these efforts, the problem persisted, forcing me to return the car repeatedly. The labor costs incurred amounted to over $800, without factoring in the cost of the parts, which I had provided myself. I would like to express my professional observations regarding the service I received at Miguel's shop. While I hold a favorable opinion of Miguel as an individual, I feel compelled to highlight certain concerns regarding the repairs performed on my car. One particular concern was the instance when my car was allowed to leave the premises with a leaking brake fitting that had not been adequately addressed. Furthermore, during subsequent visits, I encountered instances of what can only be described as carelessness. Specifically, a bleeder valve on one of the newly installed wheel cylinders was inadvertently broken, and I discovered that the custom paint on my air cleaner had been marred due to the careless placement of brake fluid bottle caps upon it. Regrettably, it has now been less than a month since my last visit, and my car is exhibiting squishy brake pedal issues once more, which is quite concerning. I want to express my sincere appreciation for Miguel, the shop owner. I genuinely admire his character and the positive interactions I have had with him. However, after careful consideration, I have reached the difficult decision that I can no longer entrust my car to their care. Although it pains me to say this, the persistent issues I have experienced with my car's brake system, despite multiple attempts to resolve them, have left me with no other option but to seek alternative service providers. I understand that even the most reputable establishments can face challenges, and I believe that Miguel genuinely wants to provide the best service possible. However, the recurring problems and ineffective repairs have eroded my confidence in their ability to meet my car's needs.

I went there to work on my 2011 jeep grand Cherokee, my ac wasn’t working properly. Driver side was blowing hot air and passenger side was blowing cold air. The gentleman name Miguel helped me out to work on it. First even the diagnostic meter didn’t found out. Later he figured out. Now ac is working well. Big thanks to him. He is kinda busy man but still worth it place. Price change was kinda average. But Definitely recommend this place. Great place to check your car around Lansing area.
