Staff working there is helpful but they disappointed me because they have huge pothole at the entrance which is not a good look for their business I’ve been noticing this for over 5months and they haven’t fixed yet seems like they really don’t care about their customers

Came in a couple years back for squeaking brakes and was told the issue were the rotors and they reassured me the squeaking would be gone if I got them replaced. So I paid the $900 it took to fix it just for the same noise to come back the next week. Went back and told them and they did not work with me or even heard me out when I asked for a partial refund. Brakes are still squeaking to this day and haven’t set foot back to this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually cares about your problem.

Recently had routine service on our vehicle—always a great experience!! Jeff of the service department greeted us promptly, explained our needed service and a time frame for completion…all of which were executed as outlined. The department is clean & efficient. We definitely recommend Serra Lexus—they are so efficient!!!!
