Vision was recommended to me by an employee at Costco Tire where I purchased my tires. I needed an alignment and made an appt for 8 am the following day. They were efficient and extremely professional and friendly. They offered to pick me up from home or to take me home while my car was being serviced. My car was done in 45 minutes. They also alerted me to some issues that could be a problem in the future. I am very impressed considering they were $40 cheaper than Belle Tire. I will be coming here in the future. Alex was my mechanic and Sean and Patrick were super courteous and friendly. Thank you Vision!

BEWARE, DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR SHOP: My hometown mechanic found a cracked oil pan because the bolt was over-torqued. Through my carfax, they were the last place that replaced my oil. I contacted them concerning the issue with pictures of the damage and said I’d like the oil pan replaced free of charge. However, they dodged my hometown mechanic’s and my emails and phone calls for weeks until I had a MALE relative call on my behalf (they even said it was my fault that I didn’t reach out sooner to the owner’s/manager’s personal cell phone when I wasn’t given the number in the first place until my relative called). It was very obvious that they thought they could take advantage of a naive girl and bully me into not taking further action with them. Eventually, they agreed to replace it if I drove 1.5 hours to their shop (instead of writing a check) because they understood that “the optics look bad” (but they still deny any responsibility). They admitted that when I got my oil changed, they had someone new on staff who cracked someone else’s oil pan around the same timeline. So, I went to them first thing in the morning for the repair and I got a text 2 hours later that they looked at the car and refused to replace the oil pan because something else was leaking. They also said the leak wasn’t bad enough for a repair. My hometown mechanic spoke to them and explained to me that it’s obvious they don’t know what they’re talking about and that they probably don’t know how to do the repair (ex: Daren (owner/manager) said my car takes 8 qts of oil when it actually takes 5.8 qts). The entire time he was only being outwardly friendly to my boyfriend and being defensive and dismissive to me. Instead of fixing something he agreed to fix (I have the agreement over text and a couple of witnesses to the verbal agreement), he did not care about doing the right thing and customer satisfaction. He is a chauvinist who only cares about saving a couple of bucks and preserving his ego. My next step is contacting the BBB. Thank you Daren!

This place is awesome!! They will come pick up your car for you while you are at work which is super convenient!! They really listen to you and do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience using their services. I have now had multiple services performed on both cars and will be using Vision Tire and Auto exclusively in the future. Rare to see this level of professionalism and integrity in a business — was not prepared to be treated with the kind of respect they gave me. Brought my car in for a speed sensor and the price jumped multiple times. 150$ is just to look at the car with 400$+ on the labor. This is higher then anywhere else I've taken my car and I've lived in two other states. On the day the car was brought in I was told the repair would take a few hours. I didn't hear back from them until the next day which then I was charged at 575 for the repair. Vision Auto tried to get me to spend another 400 dollars for a used instrument cluster and an additional three day wait time. Used Clusters online go from 50-80$ so that's 320$ to just plug in the replacement. I've had my timing belt replaced before and that costed almost as much as these guys were trying to charge me.

Would recommend this establishment to my Grandmother. I do all the car work I can myself but when I need an expert I search for the best. I happened on this place by chance after being turned away from other places who said they were too busy for the work. Jake got me right in and when I got there everyone was smiling and courteous. As I was waiting two things caught my attention. One customer came in wanting to see the old part they replaced. Steve explained everything thoroughly to the couple without any mystery. Then the manager received a call from an upset customer about a bad compressor after replacing the ac lines. He explained everything and tried to bring the customer to peace with the needed repair. What he told them was absolutely correct and it was refreshing to hear a straight answer rather than BS. Even tried to give him a discount on an already very well priced repair. I'll be back for sure.

The people are nice but when I called and explained my issue and car type and asked very detailed questions they told me $75 for inspection so i schefuled the appointment. When my husband took the car in they told him $140. That's a huge jump in price. So that made me feel like they told me a lower price to get me there and then went up. Money is tight and I would've appreciated not to get the bait and switch. I already had it in my mind that I would have them fix my car but after that I didn't feel I could trust the costs

I normally do all of my vehicle repairs on my own but if I can't this is the only place I will come to. Amazing people and top quality work. Darren is wonderful & they employ some of the top quality technicians that they can get. Fair pricing too. They don't try to upsell you either which is very common in this trade. I've recommended numerous family & friends in the Lansing area to them exclusively and all of them have been more than pleased.

My 2016 Chevy Malibu had original factory brakes at 87,000 miles so I knew I would need brakes front and back. I also needed a brake fluid change and a wheel alignment. I had an estimate of $1,000 from another service station. They told me the repair would take 3 days. I called Vision Tire and Auto and they scheduled my car for a Tuesday and completed the repair that day. They also gave me a ride into work and picked me up when the repair was completed which was super convenient. They also have a service where they will pick your car up and drop it off. I didn't have to take any time off work to get the repairs completed. They explained to me why I needed a wheel alignment and fluid change. The repair cost almost exactly the same as the other estimate. Everything about my experience with Vision Tire and Auto was professional and like I mentioned, super convenient. I will not hesitate recommending and using them for future service.

These guys are AWESOME! They are very professional and very helpful. Vision Tire & Auto is our new "go to guys" for repairs. As most Smart car owners know, there are very few places that will service our special little cars. We called and checked all over Mid Michigan and no one was any help. That is until we found Vision in Lansing. It was well worth the 45 minute drive from Swartz Creek to drop it off. The repair bill was extremely reasonable, in fact it came in well under the estimate! I've been having a fantastic experience so far with Vision Tire & Auto Complete Auto Service! They came highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why. As a busy young professional, their pickup and delivery service (free!) is very helpful; it made getting service done so much easier without disrupting my schedule. I've used them for a few things now, including oil changes, and the service has always been reliable and hassle-free. Scheduling is easy, communication is clear, and I’ve had zero issues. Incredible customer service. I had to replace my tires and booked online (not on the phone) - which meant they didn't have stock in at that moment. What could have been a really frustrating experience (it's hard to find time to bring a car in for repairs!) turned out to be no hassle at all.
