Righters was very thorough and very pleasant and helped us out when we’re in a tight spot with money. They also gave us a rental for a week for free while our car was in the shop. Absolutely would go back any time I need work done. I would rather spend more money on a shop that has professional experts than go to a back yard mechanic any day. Albert and Kevin were really pleasant and professional to work with.

I extremely recommend this auto shop, I walked in. Looking for advice on my battery, talked to the sweetest and most helpful man there ( Kyle Ming). He asked about mine and my girls ( my car) story, and what brought us from out of state. Now that I’m writing this, smart way to create a consultation. Not only did he listen, but he understood and made me feel more at ease. Which is sometimes difficult when men can be unprofessional in auto shops. He took the worry off my shoulders as I became more trusting of him with my vehicle. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place! Friendly environment, a helpful team and quick service? What more could you ask for! I will definitely be back! Thank you! (P.S. if you don’t understand cars, trust me. They will break it down without making you feel dumb or lost)

Amazing!! Honestly I’m always hesitant about getting my car fixed because I’m a female and I don’t want to be taken advantage of. They took pictures kept in touch via messages gave me plenty of options for repairs and worked with me to get the car fixed. Let’s have a great price still I felt comfortable the entire time. I had my timing belt replaced and all new brakes put on, they had this done in one day! Their in house financing gave me peace of mind (in case this was a crazy expensive repair), but what I was most surprised about was the three year warranty which covers the repairs they made and parts. My family owns a couple of car dealerships and I still chose to come here and get my car fixed. I think that says a lot about the type of business that Righters runs!

I brought my daughters car, which is an older vehicle into Righters for an oil change. They were so polite. I explained that she was from out of town., I apologized because she didn't have an appointment. Matt was so kind in letting me know he could get to it around 4, and it shouldn't take any longer than 45 min to an hour to complete. I brought it in earlier and left it, just in case they could get to it earlier. Albert called around 5 and let me know it was completed. Oh my goodness what a difference the synthetic oil change made in that 2010 Kia. It drove so smoothly on the highway ride back to Grand Rapids with her. Thank you guys for your professionalism. I've been bringing my vehicle to you since you practically opened. I am very pleased at the way you work with my warranty company.. May God Bless your business to grow and prosper! Price the same a the dealership. Coolant flush. Tried to sell me on additives that weren’t necessary. Was quoted $40 cheaper over the phone versus actual price offered when brought in. Wouldn’t recommend. Very profit oriented non customer friendly vibe. Not even a thanks you. Don’t know if the flush was actually performed properly nothing explained.

Honest, kind, I trust their insights on my vehicle and don't feel that they are trying to take advantage of me. I have another job coming up that is going to be super expensive. They called me and said that they think they have found a way to do the job for about 1100 instead of 4000. Now, that's looking out for the customer. It also shows that this family owned business understands what community means. So, then, in the end, I will take my vehicle to them.

They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, showed me the diagnostic results, and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs. My daughter's car just died at a busy intersection at noon and would not start back up. All electrical systems down. She called PJ'S for tow and ask them recommend a repair service that was close by. They took the car to Righter's. After getting all the paperwork in order they called me within two hours and the alternator was bad. I gave them the go ahead and they had the job done by 4:00 that same day! Excellent service! I highly recommend Righters!!!

EDIT 6 months later. Truck once again had issues and right away I thought about how great righters was the first time. Called them, had my truck towed in and they did their magic finding the problem. Now comes the price. Wow, just wow. It was rather high, if I'm being honest. On pick up, we were asking questions about other things they had found wrong and it felt as though we were bothering him with our questions. I don't think I'll return after this time. I guess each visit has different service. Alternator and battery replaced, $1700+ and to find out, they didn't even secure the bar across my battery when finished. Had a sudden coolant leak and called righters just as they were closing and was told to bring it in bright and early the next day and they'd have a look. They found the problem within a few hours, gave me a great price and I was driving away within 26 hours with a fixed vehicle. They were honest about all issues, whether big or small. Highly recommend!
