It is nice to know an understanding shop is near my work. I came out of work to my car find with a flat tire, no spare and the clock was ticking near closing time. I called Liskey's and they said they would do their best to fit me into the schedule. I commute and was very frazzled not knowing how I could get home and late on Friday. They fixed my car, in a reasonable time, and a low cost and I was out of their shop and on my way home well before their closing time. Very nice shop, I will remember their kindness squeezing my vehicle into their schedule and actually prefer to use a shop near my work so I can pick it up after my shift. I will keep this nice shop in mind for my next repair.

I brought this in early this morning to have my fluids changed, and rear tie rods replaced and to have my vibration checked. I told them about the vibration and what was happening this morning. When they called me they told me everything was done that I asked and so I asked if they found anything causing the vibration but they seemed to not completely understand what I was talking about and said the guy used his light to look at the drive shaft and said "it looks okay". For the amount I spent i expected this to be done and it wasn't, infact they wanted me to bring it in next week again to get it checked again, I cannot fathom spending this much money again hopes there mechanics might or might not find something, especially since this is my one and only vehicle so i was left stranded not being able to do anything "first come first serve" is a horrble way to run a buisness for active working adults with one mode transportation. They also need to call customers before installing way to expensive of parts when we all know they can put cheaper parts on instead for that this is a 2 star service, yes things were done that I asked but the main issue was this driveline vibration

My alternator died suddenly while away from home. At my friend's recommendation I went to Liskeys. They diagnosed my problem, communicated with me the estimate, and repaired my car in one day. They also told me about a tire issue and that one of my headlights went out. My car is running like a champ and my amperage is very strong. I highly recommend this repair shop. Bill had excellent customer service skills and clearly communicated with me every step of the way.

Jerry!! This man is a gem. I bought a car. The next day the car broke down. The repair was expensive everywhere not to mention most places didn’t do it. Jerry was cheerful. That put me in a more comfortable position. He immediately knew what the repair was and had recently done one on another vehicle. Thank god right!!! This car said absolutely not. Put up a huge fight. But Jerry would not give up!!! Then I told him what I was really going through. He gave me personal advice that was priceless. Jerry if you read this I still have the car and they took me off chemo. Not to die but they are confident I am in remission!! I will always appreciate the love you showed to an absolute stranger who has no one but her children. Much love my friend!! Have used Liskey’s a few times and always been happy. Referred countless people to them based on those experiences. My last visit however was not so good. When I picked up the car my tire pressure light was on, Liskey’s had mounted 4 tires for me. I figured it was probably just a little under spec and it was almost closing time so I planned to adjust on my own. The following morning I checked the pressure, about 14 psi low in each tire. That’s when I noticed the damage to my wheels. Clearly from the tire changing equipment, and definitely not there when I dropped off the car, I thought for sure a place like Liskey’s with a good reputation would take responsibility and fix the issue. Unfortunately that’s not what happened. They denied any responsibility and offered no solution. Now I’m replacing a couple thousand dollars in wheels thanks to their failure to take accountability for their mistake. I’ll definitely never go back and never again will anyone I know do business there.

Had vehicle towed in due to a loud and violent component failure that occurred while driving. They advised me they identified the issue and proceeded to perform nearly $2k worth of work on my vehicle that, while I acknowledge was needed maintenance, did not resolve the issue related to the failure I experienced. This was obvious as soon as I pulled out of their lot, to the point that I seriously doubt the vehicle was test driven after the work was performed. I immediately took the vehicle back, they reinspected it, still did not identify the issue, and let me drive away in a vehicle that was completely unsafe to drive. I took the vehicle to another shop that identified the issue within minutes and resolved it for a fraction of what I spent with Liskey's. Liskey's solicits customer feedback and reviews through a service/website called SureCritic that apparently enables them to intercept negative reviews. I left a poor review with that site based on the request for feedback that was sent to me after my visit and surprise, surprise, it has not been posted. More recent positive reviews (which may or may not be real) were posted in the several days following the submission of my review. This was my first, and obviously last, experience with this shop. I still can't believe they sent me away in a vehicle that I advised them had experienced a loud and violent component failure over my objections that the issue had not been resolved.

I wanted Liskey’s to do an alignment for me because they had done good work in the past. They were even able to work me into their schedule on a day I didn't have an appointment. Their work was excellent, and their price was fair. I prefer this place to the dealerships because it's a first-class facility with the latest equipment.
