I bought a car here late 2021, not even 2 year ago. And I bought EVERYTHING they threw at me. All the warranties and dealer warranties they offered. Now my car is giving me issues with the power seat. It stayed locked in the forward position when I was cleaning it, and it won’t go back anymore. It is August 28, and they told me they didn’t have any appointments for a “diagnostic” until October 20-something. What’s the point of buying all the extra stuff, having a bumper-to-bumper warranty, if you can’t even be seen for over 2 months for a diagnostic only? Completely outrageous. This issue itself is making think twice about ever buying another car at this dealership.

It took 14 days for repairs, it took me calling our warranty company for them to kind of understand. Our warranty has $120 rental coverage but that did not stop them from charging us the full amount for the rental. On top of that Mr. Borunda wanted to charge us a deductible that did not exist and he took credit for paying the rental vehicle which is connected with them. So for a $279.57 rental the received our $279.57 plus $120 from our warranty. They should really pay close attention to what they do, it’s very unprofessional and everything that was good about CASA is gone. It doesn’t feel like it use to 20 years ago. Last time we buy from them and last time we use their service department. I rather pay more and get the proper treatment and help that we PAY for.

Had my fleet van towed there after a bad experience with Viva telling me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. They properly diagnosed the issue and it turned into a full transmission rebuild under ford warranty. They listened to my description of how the vehicle was behaving and they addressed every single issue. When I picked it up they provided a very thorough and professional writeup of everything they found and repaired. A+ service, I'll be taking my van here from now on

On 7-5-24 concerned, my engine light came on, saturday went to the service dept.to schedule a service appt., spoke with Mr. Guzman and Jackie regarding my concerns. Mr.Guzman scheduled service appt. on 7-8-24 at 8:00 am, on the day of my service appt,. spoke with Chris regarding my concerns. Chris told me "Not to worry we will take good care of you." Courtesy van brought me back home, next day Chris called, gave an update on the issues and cost. 7-9-24 my car was ready, courtesy van picked me up. Chris gave me some advise on preventive maintenance. Customer Service, Communication and Team Work are the reasons why I'm a "Casa Ford" customer. Thank You Jackie, Mr. Guzman, Chris and the courtesy van driver. They deserve a 10 Star!!!!!

Took my truck in because the engine light was on for a fuel sensor. It was also in need of the service at 80k miles, so $3.1 K later for new brakes, new catalytic converter, new spark plugs and some other stuff and two days later it was ready. Everyone was polite and professional and my Rep Sergio kept me informed via texts. Only complaint was on the front end of the process- I booked an appt online, I show up and they tell me that process is unreliable but I should get a call right away to schedule something, I did get a call but it was 3 days later. I would recommend fixing that disconnect because more and more customers prefer digital communication. But overall it was a good experience and I will be back.

My experience at Cass Ford was excellent. I took my Ford F-150 for a recall and while at it for an oil change. I was told it would take about two hours. I was out of there in less than one hour. Totally satisfied.

Came in to explore a zero down lease deal for a $400/mo Corsair. Wanted to trade a 2018 Lincoln with 38k miles on it. KBB shows the vehicle worth 22k to 25k they offered us 13k and said we could lease the Corsair with 3k down for $900 a month. The math does not work out. Ford claims to be offering employee pricing, puts out great lease deals but then the dealership intends to screw you on your trade. Why would one want a Lincoln if they do not hold any value. I can tell you that I cannot find a car close to this quality for anywhere close to 13k.

Very, very disappointed with the service. My wife bought a brand new 2023 Ford Bronco back in 2023. She traded in her Ford Mustang for the Bronco. They promised her 5 free oil changes, yet today, upon using her 4th free oil change, they changed everything and told me I had to pay $104.00 for the oil change. That's absolutely ridiculous!!! They just lost a customer who has purchased 5 cars and trucks from them in the past 3 years. It's sad how they promise you everything just to sell you a vehicle, but when it comes to those promises, they push to the curb/ run you over with a bus. I don't recommend this service center if my life depended on it !!!!!

To say this place is horrible is an understatement. The lack of unprofessionalism, concern, and pure arrogance is baffling. The service advisors ignore your calls all day, and then when you finally get a hold of them, they just tell you that "they'll have an update tomorrow," only to not be reachable. The service manager is completely useless as he doesn't push his advisors to do/be better. Walked into the driveway, and a group of advisors standing in a huddle kept about their business and completely ignored us until we went up to make contact. Communication is non-existent. We had to get corporate involved, and even then, they still sucked! I do not advise anyone to take their vehicles here. The truck was completely dirty when picked up as well, with no seat/floor protectors on either. Straight garbage customer service

The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, they told me it would take 3 hours!! They told me it would be much faster if I scheduled an appointment. So, I did! I arrived at 730 a.m.( my scheduled appointment time), and it still took over 2 hours!!! For an oil change?!?! Crystal Medrano and team were very rude when I asked why it took so long! She even tried to look at my arrival time in an attempt to blame me. It makes me wonder why even schedule an appointment?!?!? It makes me sad that I'll have to continue bringing my car here because of the service contract. 🙄😔

Went in for an oil change they said it would take an hour and a half… 2and a half hours later waiting with screaming babies who were hungry they bring it round. I get in the car to go it sounds like I got a new exhaust it was very loud. I went back to them right away ( turning around on Montana with construction is a nightmare in itself) the guy who did it says “that’s what dodges sound like” to which I told him sir I drive this MINIVAN everyday it does not have a scat pack. They find out after 5 guys and a wrench he did not clamp a hose when the air filter was changed. I was on my way after 3 and a half hours of day down the drain. Also paying a 235$ bill for one oil change and 2 filters.

Went for oil change, kept trying to charge outta my pocket instead of recognizing the Ford maintenance plan I purchased with the car. Then they just left my intake cover unbolted. Luckily I opened the hood to check, the screw were just laying there..... No attention to detail.. I won't come back again for anything.

Our experience was very good. We came in for an oil change (we are on the road camping from Oregon) and they noticed one of our turbos was leaking. Unfortunately we were not able to get the truck back to them in time to get it fixed that day and needed to wait til Monday. It was promised to be fixed by 1pm Monday and it was! The service advisor Ivan Sanchez was fantastic and we thank him for his attentive work.

I appreciate Dennis and Craig taking care of me and my wife’s vehicle. Unfortunately had to bring the vehicle on Christmas Eve, after some troubleshooting the issue was identified and fixed by December 26 end of business. Dennis was communicative throughout the whole process and the charges were fair for the work performed. Excellent experience with Casa Ford service department. Took my truck in for its 20,000 mile service, a safety inspection, and several warranty repairs on the steering column and battery. I scheduled the service in the app. Arrived at the appointed time, the service was completed by 4:00 and delivered to me after receiving a text that it was ready for pick up. They ordered a part for the steering column and I was told it would be in by Monday and sure enough it was. On Tuesday, Casa came to my house, picked up the truck, put on the part, and returned it to my house within three hours. I paid for the safety inspection via a web link Casa sent me. From beginning to completion, my service advisor, Dennis, stayed in contact and met all the timelines he promised. Fantastic service and a wonderful experience. Good job Casa Ford Service Department!!

Took them 5 months and several guesses to figure out broken gears on a front differential then returned it after 5 months and a hub wasnt engaging & truck was scratched. Left a bad review on the ford thing they reached out said they'd make it right then pressured me into changing the review to a positive one before my truck was ready. After month 6 with also about 400 miles added to the truck by them "test drives" I picked up the truck then a week later finally tested it out and the 4 wheel drive still doesnt work. Hub still doesnt engage also noticed they painted the exhaust while fixing the scratch. The whole front end on the truck clunks and pops while turning now. Wouldn't recomend taking anything to them.
