I’ve know Aaron for a long time through mutual VW and TDI groups and have met him several times at various get togethers over the years. When I started to look into getting a little performance upgrade for my TDI Touareg I contacted Aaron and made arrangements to drive down from Victoria BC Canada to have my vehicle tuned at Cascade. It was an excuse to make a trip down and make a mini vacation out of it since it had been over 10 years since I’d been to Portland. The level of customer service Aaron and his crew put out is unmatched! As he was showing me around their facilities, and setting up my tune, he was fielding calls and solving problems and dealing with customer and the entire time his demeanor remained professional and calm and he never missed a step! And this happened to be while he was preparing for Cascade’s traditional summer bbq event the next day! As a member of many VW and TDI groups online, I never hesitate to refer people to Cascade German Parts for their needs, from oil change kits to timing belt kits to specialized tools or parts, they’re the one-stop shop for your European vehicle’s needs!

This is the second timing kit that I have bought from Cascade German, and the quality of the first kit for my 2015 TDI Passat has served me well for the 10k mikes I have on those parts so far, and the appearance of this timing chain/gear set for my 2013 CC appears to be just as good quality as the first. Excellent experience! Couldn't be happier with Cascade German Parts. They had some of the last Euro Spec Sport rear brake upgrade kits (maybe in existence) I couldn't find anywhere else. The product was perfect and shipping was fast. And in a nod to customer service and a throwback to some of the best German import parts resellers of the past, included a full-sized package of Skittles in the order. From the candy to the parts, it was a complete blast from my parts ordering days and I couldn't have asked for more. Cascade German is likely going to be my primary parts supplier!
