How AMAZING is Patrick at the Gresham Subaru service department? Let’s just say he’s pretty freaking amazing. This guy has shown nothing but patience, kindness, and knows how to make things happen that I never even expected to have done. Every time I get to bring my car in for service related issues, or the damn window is sticking, or the darn key fab is not working as it ought to be, he’s always got me right in, has a loaner car waiting with my name on it, and always, always greets me with a genuine smile and says “ I’m doing amazing” I just love working with Pat. He’s the best! He makes me smile every time I see him ♥️ That guy works hard and I hope Gresham Subaru treats him well because I’d be super bummed if I rolled in one day to see Pat no longer around.

Jesse was friendly,knowledgeable and very upfront re services. Not pushy which I had experienced with a salesman, would definitely continue service here. Jesse kept me in the loop with progress of my vehicle and accurate estimation of wait time. Comfortable waiting room- water, coffee, fresh fruit, snacks and clean restrooms made the wait more pleasant.

I’ve always been very pleased with the service at Gresham Subaru. They are very friendly, straightforward, and great at communicating. My car gets serviced and I have great confidence in their work. I drive almost 40 miles to this dealership passing several others because of their outstanding work. At the dealership where I bought my first Subaru, not this dealership, they had their Porter wash the car every time you brought it in for service. Another dealership I’ve been to vacuums the interior each time, regardless of what work you’re having done. An extra little perk like that would not be a bad thing so hoping they’ll consider that possibility

I recently moved to the Portland OR area from OK where I had been with my Subaru dealership in Edmond/OKC thru 3 Forresters. I loved that dealership with its space, donation programs and service including ease of scheduling and amenities while waiting for service or using a loaner. Portland area has many more Subaru dealerships. I chose Gresham Subaru online because their webpage made it easy to schedule, they had slots open and seemed relatively easy to get to. Once there, Brayden was great, understood my needs and helped determine what services I needed and which were expected. He checked with me throughput and let me know what I would need to check more frequently with the humidity in Weatern Oregon. I greatly appreciated that he had someone drive me to get so n e lunch and reimbursed one for it as the things that needed changed such as 4 wheel drive fluid took much longer than I expected. My only needs improvement has to do withe space. They need more comfortable furniture in waiting room area. But I was given option of sitting in sales area with table and chairs which worked for me and my 80 year old body. The people in th a t area were also great. One loaned me his charger for my phone. Followup also good. What needs changing...hopfully expanding the square feet of the dealership for there is room to have more than 2 vehicles inside (yes I looked at the 2025 forrester wilderness and appreciated the salesperson going thru the changes since my 2022 with me).There also needs to be more upfront space in service area. In summary excellent service from Brayden and the yound woman who drove me for foot and all the imoyees I interacted with.

Brayden with the Service Team at Gresham Subaru is AMAZING! Clear communication from the start and easy to work with! First time experiencing this level of service.... I’ve been to other service/dealerships in Oregon (including other Subaru service/dealerships) but by far they surpass them all! I also received top notch service from Edison in Parts. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. True pleasure to work with! I do live closer to another Subaru Service/ Dealership, but I plan on making the extra trip just to have the honest and helpful service!

Elvis did an amazing job! Not only was he knowledgeable, and attentive, he was also kind and caring .Coming into the dealership to get our vehicle looked at not knowing the outcome can be very nerve racking especially around the holidays. Elvis and both the service and parts team made the feeling a little less scary. We were put in a wonderful subaru crosstrek for the time being which made work commute alot less stressful. The tech that worked on the vehicle was very knowledgeable which made understanding the issues alot less confusing. The parts team did a great job at not only putting together our quote in a timily fashion, but naking sure we were quoted the correct parts. Over all our experience with gresham subaru, service, parts and last but not least Elvis, was not just good. It was amazing. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back again!!

The whole process from Meet n' Greet, intake of information, analysis, recommendations, execution and follow-up, was extraordinary. William (our advisor), was warm, very friendly and professional, which was well above the norm. The videos and PDF of detailing conditions and recommendations was something I have never seen before, very transparent and helpful. Driving home, I truly noticed how smooth the 2021 Outback drove, and quiet the engine ran. This was a Great experience!!!

I had a very poor experience at Gresham Subaru when I purchased my new Forester in 2019, and I avoided the business like the plague ever since. It was just too slimy to consider. So, when my thermal control valve died this week, I hesitantly returned for a warranty repair. Man, was I surprised! I don't know if there was some massive management or staff purge in the years since my last visit, but whatever it was, it was like the difference between night and day. From the moment I called to schedule the service to the moment I left with a smile on my face, I was treated like the most important customer to ever come through the door. Staff were incredibly friendly, transparent, helpful, communicative, honest, and fully engaged. Every customer I saw there seemed to be just as happy as I was. I can't speak to how the sales team operates, but today, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service team to anyone interested in having their Subaru serviced by professionals. Special shout out to staff member Jesse who was my liaison on the repair work. Dude, you were great!

Brayden has walked me through a few service inspections on my old 2005 Subaru Outback, helping me to understand what repairs needed to be completed and how to prioritize them. He advised me based on my needs, safety, and affordability. He answered all my questions, ensuring I understood why I needed the repairs done. Let me start by saying that I did not have the best experience a year ago with the service department at Gresham Subaru. I came back in because my thermo control valve failed and it was covered under an extended TSB warranty. I was hesitant to bring my 2019 Forester in, but since the cost would be covered, I really had no other choice. That stated, I pulled into the service bay area and was instantly greeted by Julieanne who I could tell right away was going to be amazing to work with! I explained to her my car issues and talked about the service that I experienced last time I was in. She was very understanding and made sure that my car was going to get taken care of the correct way. She was easy to talk to, polite, and paid attention to the details I was sharing with her about my car and experience I previously had there back in April of 2025. Not only did Julieanne take great care of my vehicle to get it back on the road safely for my family and I, she also had the technicians update my infotainment system, as well as a few other updates to the car as well, without me even having to ask. She went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend taking your car to the service department at Gresham Subaru, but make your experience top notch by working with Julieanne! It’s the type of car service I used to receive pre-pandemic from Subaru and now I can happily say that it has redeemed itself with the help of Julieanne. I appreciate all of your help Julieanne and will be bringing my Forester back to you in the future!

Head gaskets blew on an old Subaru Outback I bought within a week of purchase and even though I bought it somewhere else, Gresham Subaru treated me like I bought it there. Kept me informed of everything throughout the whole process, sent me videos and photos of the inspection and supplied me with a loaner while the car was being repaired. Big thanks, especially to Kayla, who also helped me work with the extended warranty company. And when she wasn’t there the other staff was informed and able to answer my questions as well. I appreciate all the help! And the car is running great, like brand new!!
