Richard and the good people at Case automotive repaired my cooling system (water pump, thermostat, and radiator) for me. When I expressed my concern that I might have done serious damage to the motor after pinning the gauge in the red when my overheating issue occurred, they took the time to not only do the repairs but make sure I didn't do any serious damage to the motor. The price was fair and the turn around time was very quick. (No one likes having to wait on repairs). I would definitely recommend Case Automotive to the people of Lakeland/Mulberry area.

I can’t say enough about Case automotive the mechanics work is impeccable they are very trustworthy very honest they’ll take you and show you all the work that they’ve done he’ll show you the new parts they put on the car they’ll show you the old parts taken off I’ve had a lot of work done with them and I’ve never had one issue with anything they’ve repaired for me!!! The team couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. I was treated like family from the very first phone call. Rich took the time out of his busy day to help me figure out a noise my truck was making and pointed me in the right direction as to what I should do. My family has been going to Case Auto for years. They treat you like family. There is no better place to have your car repaired. My 88 year old mom when to have oil change and repair last week. Richard went above and beyond to take care of her car. I didn't have to worry one bit if someone would take advantage of an older person. Case and the whole team family themselves are GOOD PEOPLE.

Case has been such a hidden gem! My brother-in-law recommended I take my car there to get my brakes looked at. Not only did they work on my brakes, but they did a through inspection under the hood and caught a hose that was disconnected that would have caused a lot of damage had it not been reconnected. They were a game-changer!

Richard and his guys (and gals) do the some of the best work in central Florida on a variety of things. Have had multiple vehicles of my own and multiple family members vehicles fixed/serviced at his shop. The only place in Lakeland I don’t hesitate to recommend to anyone needing work done in their vehicle. One of the only shops I’ll take my vehicles too and not have to worry if it’s done right.
