I recently saw a video showing a Casique Auto Repair employee blocking a customer’s vehicle and preventing him from leaving — an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable action that even appeared to involve the police. I’d strongly suggest doing business elsewhere until management addresses employee professionalism and customer service.

I just seen a video online of a very disrespectful/unprofessional employee blocking in a guy. The guy was just demanding for the employee to speak to him with respect and the employee took it upon himself to basically hold him hostage by blocking him in. If you’re the owner or manager please have your employees take training to learn how to have a civil conversation and deliver exceptional customer service.

What a great shop! I came here to get my engine repaired when I was visiting the area and had a very pleasant experience. Juan was very helpful and gave me a reasonable price for what would probably be overpriced in the area I live in. Though the wait was longer than I hoped, the waiting room was very comfortable and cozy. I don’t think I could’ve gone to better shop! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop with good prices and nice employees.

I viewed the videos and according to The video the person was not a customer! I was alerted that my tires were low on air and after stopping at a few gas stations without luck, I arrived a bit early before they officially opened. He was more than willing to help and kindly asked me to give him a few minutes to move some cars so he could access the air pump. The service was quick, helpful, and professional. I truly appreciated his willingness to help and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
