I have relied on their debugging expertise more than once and they always come through. I agree with a previous post that if I could give a rating of 10 or more, then I would too. Had my Ford F-350 towed to Castro Cepak Motorsports, and was the fourth place I took it. Based on the symptoms I told them, right away, was told that the engine needed replaced. Here, they were willing to take the time to look at it before rendering a final opinion. During their diagnosis, it was determined that starter didn't disengage and locked up the engine. Replaced the started and works like a charm. Customer service was excellent. Thanks guys!!!

I brought my truck in for what I thought was the fuel pump. They tested the fuel pump and everything was good. They took the time to figure out the exact issue. Called me every time they found something and asked permission to do repairs. Most places just do whatever repairs they think and surprise you with a bill. Castro Cepak Motorsports communicated everything, including the bill, with me. Highly recommend! Will be bringing my other vehicles to them.

Great shop they actually call you when they say they will to update you and give accurate diagnosis’s. They work to fit you in even when it’s busy and do great work. I’ve had the brake pads and rotors done and they did a solid job. Most recently I blew my clutch, rear main seal and hydraulics and they had it diagnosed the day I dropped it off and fixed the next day by 4pm. Super quick service. No leaks anymore and clutch feels better than ever.

I cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. I called and explained what was going on with my Ford Raptor and they were able to get me in the very next morning. They worked meticulously in my issue which were my hub actuators and one of my bearings as well as a solenoid add check valve line. They went above and beyond taking me home and then to work while working on my truck. I have never been more impressed by an auto repair shop in my entire life. Taking the time to explain everything in detail with reassurance and confidence to put my mind at ease. They were able to diagnose, have parts add fix all my issues in a single day. New to this place, as my regular mechanic was booked out. Was hesitant, but quickly my nerves were calmed by the clear, up front pricing and kind, respectful service of the staff. My baby was in and out in no time. She is running great again. And the cost for her repair was the same price I would have paid by going to my long time mechanic. Excellent shop! These guys did exactly what they said would do (which is hard to find in a mechanic shop). They got the truck in right away in the morning and diagnosed it. Sent over an estimate for approval. Said they should be able to get the truck done by the end of the day, but had it out the door by 3pm. Great guys to deal with that know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It was electrical, turned out to be computer related. After I received the vehicle back after a hefty bill and they had the vehicle for about a month, I had equipment unhooked/ disabled (lighting and PA System) and I have a coolant leak that I never had before they got it. Now I am going to try to find out where the leak is coming from. I know it is coming from the area where the computer(PCM) was replaced. If I cannot fix it myself, I will take it to a different shop, which I trust to get it fixed and have another issue that I mentioned to Cepak, but they didn't address fixed. I am not happy at all. It is bad enough to have issues when the vehicle is received but I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and I can't afford those kind of costs. They also stayed the aftermarket remote start was part of the issue, but when I took it back to Jarrett's Stereo, who installed the remote start in the first place, they disagreed and reinstalled it, for an additional cost, but it has continued to work as it did for 3 years before. Like I said, not happy.

They quickly installed some hinge steps for me today and filled up my tires out of courtesy, without me mentioning it to the team - saving me a trip from being harassed at a gas station.
