This place is really very good. I went to see for a (very minor) fender bender. They fixed it for free -- granted, it is very minor. But how often you get repair people to do things for free. Definitely a keeper. BTW, I did get the name right:)

Extremely rude and racist refused to give me an estimate for my car and told me we’re just wasting each other time and his paper.I went to a shop by hammer lane who helped me with the estimate and set up an appointment. 10/10 don’t recommend this shop

I took my 2015 mustang for repairs after an accident and i get it back with so many problems, panels miss aligned, trim part not put back correctly, paint scratches, replace marker lamps with not the original and look awful, suspension that say the supposed have fixed is not i cant even drive the car because it sways badly when over a bump feels like its going to lose control. And they dont even care, i had to take ot to another shop to inspect it. I already put a complain with the Bureau Of Automotive Repair

Nothing but great things to say about Greg and his shop. I had a guy slam into the back of my car last Labor Day weekend on Friday…smack dab in the middle of Covid. We got it to him in the afternoon and he had already started on it with Geico before we left. There where a few snags since it was such a high speed impact but Greg and the staff did a great job of making everything as perfect as possible. And he’s told me that I can bring my car back if I ever have future issues. Best auto body shop in town by far.

How refreshing to have a business that treats you straight-up honestly. Cavallino Coachworks is absolutely one of those businesses. Someone had very noticably dented the passenger rear fender of my 2017 Mercedes E300 when it was parked in a shopping center lot. When I took it in to Jeff at Cavallino's I was prepared with my AAA claim number and I was ready to pay my deductible for a very costly repair. Jeff looked at the dent and told me that he thought it might be fixable by a dent repair guy that he uses. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, so I agreed. Jeff took care of all the arrangements with his dent person and we scheduled the repair. I can honestly admit that while I had some doubts, I was very pleased with the repair; and for a small fraction of what it would have cost me if they would have had to pull the rear fender and roof panel to fix the dent. I owe Jeff a great deal for being honest with me and recommending a repair that was only a fraction of what he could have charged. Honesty like that can be a very rare commodity these days. I would recommend Cavallino's Coachworks to anyone who needs auto body work done.

I DEFINITELY recommend Cavallino Coachworks. Best customer service experience ever! I needed to replace my driver-side mirror on my 2005 Honda CRV. Honda no longer makes that mirror, but Cavalier Coachworks quickly found one from another car and installed it. The replaced mirror works perfectly, matches the paint exactly, the cost was about half what the dealer was going to charge for an after-market mirror that wouldn’t match, and the people were friendly and helpful. When I came into the shop, berating myself for having broken it, the first thing they asked was, “Are you okay?” (Yes). “Great! Your car is fixable, and you’re okay—it’s all going to be okay!” Those encouraging words plus the excellent work make them a 5-star in my book!
