Our alternator on our ‘98 Camry went out this evening and I was so worried about leaving it at a gas station parking lot overnight! I was stressing about having to look for a tow in the morning and the hassle of waiting on a driver to get free to come and help us. Luckily browsing through Craigslist I stumbled upon 209 Engine pros with eddies number listed and texted him with my situation and asked him to get back to me at his earliest convenience. His response was timely and understanding! He dispatched a driver to me immediately and that’s where I got to meet the lovely Jeremy! Jeremy was funny and kind and sweet and helpful! We had good laughs and talks about the issues of the car and the struggle of getting it off his flatbed! I appreciate the both of them so much for coming to the rescue in this time of need. I will be recommending them to anyone in the area and also if needed using their service again! If you’re looking for good service, fast responses, and reliable work these are your people! I'll be using Eddie again tomorrow but the first time I had to call him was last month when my Durango unexpectedly died in a Target parking lot. I was already SO overwhelmed because it was a busy day and I had perishables in my car, so having my car die on me was just literally the last thing I needed. 209 Engine Pros popped up in my google search first so I ventured to give them a call. Eddie answered quickly and he was kind, professional, and clear in his communications. He gave me a very reasonable price quote and even said he could be there within 20-25 minutes. I was expecting it to take hours, like all the other times I've used towing services! He showed up right around on time and got my car quickly on his truck. He even gave me a ride back to my house as well. Dealing with him made a very unpleasant afternoon feel so much better, and he left such an impression that I saved him in my phone and now will not use anyone else again if I can help it. He's helping bring my other car into the shop tomorrow, and getting that set up was just as quick and easy as the first time. Thank you so much for your care and professionalism, Eddie! I had trouble with my 2012 Ford Taurus a.c. Previously I went to pepboys and they ran a leak down after I replaced the compressor. They told me that the hoses needed to be replaced, but they couldn't tell me up front what was the main issue. They didn't really want to answer any of my questions.They wanted to charge me $500 for the hoses, recharge, and labor total $1200. I ended up doing the work myself and saved a lot of money, but Eddie at 209 engine pros was able to take care of me right away. He's very respectful, open, and informational. He explained everything I needed to know and how everything works. He won't leave you in the dark second guessing. He Recharged my a.c at a affordable fair price and I left as a happy customer. Highly recommend his shop

Eduardo and AJI are pros when it comes to the Mechanic world. They are punctual and are flexible with scheduling and have worked on several of my vehicles. I’ve known Eduardo for 15 years. I first met him after smoking him in his blue Camaro, SS and then beating him up in boxing. Anyways, he has worked on my Trans Am W6, C6 Corvette Z51,C6 Z06, and most recently my first Gen Camaro old school. I would highly recommend this shop for AC work and any type of mechanic work. Please be patient since I know they are usually pretty busy and booked however, send send him a message and they can squeeze you in.

I don’t even own a car, but let me tell you about 209 Engine made me believe in good people again. I was walking by on one of the hardest days of my life, just aimlessly wandering, and one of the guys saw me sitting on the curb his name was aji He offered me a bottle of water and just asked if I was okay no pressure, no judgment. We literally ended up talking for 15 minutes. He didn’t have to do that. It wasn’t about business. It was human to human. That kind of energy? You don’t forget it. Eddie the owner transported my BMW 640i Gran Coupe flawlessly without a scratch. He loaded and unloaded the vehicle very carefully and professionally. I had a 7” cut in a run flat front tire and transportation was required. The car is very low and Eddie knew exactly how to properly handle getting it on and off his nice truck without a scratch.
