I took my car in for service today and asked for an estimate. They said they'd call me with the budget. I had to call them a few times to check if my car was ready and to ask about the cost, but they just told me they would let me know later. After 4 hours, they called me and the service and labor charges were over my budget. When I spoke with the person in charge, he showed me a hose that was "supposed" to be damaged, but it looked like someone had used a sharp knife to cut it. I won't be taking my vehicle to them again; they are not trustworthy or reliable.
