Matt repaired my lexus ls460 and ford f250 he was the only person in lake wales that would even take the lexus nobody else would it cost way under half what lexus wanted to repair.there is nothing he can't fix im glad I took it there.he is a very knowledgeable mechanic with over 20 years experience. I love these guys! I was passing through to catch a cruise ship and the timing couldn’t be worse. I had no idea who to call or who I could trust. I found the closed shop and called, hoping to find a good, reputable shop. I spoke to Kyle and he got me squared away super quick. He understood my situation and was right on top of everything. He took my info over the phone, explained the process and said he would take it from there. Since we had to catch the boat, I had to trust it would all be taken care of. And boy was it! As soon as they diagnosed the issue, he called with a quote and my approval. Not more that 2hrs later the job was done and the truck was ready for me to pick up! I am very impressed and if I ever break down in Lake Whales again… I know who to call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Fast, honest and fair.

Today without any previous recommendation I took my husband vehicle to Central Florida Automotive to take a look, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repairs in a way I could understand, and provided a fair estimate upfront. The work was completed literally while I was waiting on the waiting area. What truly stood out was the customer service. In my opinion they went above and beyond in order to get the part promptly. They drive to meet the seller's driver in the middle to reduce the waiting time for me. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic, I truly recommend this place. It was a pleasure to do business at Central Florida automotive. The diagnostics and the advice from the owner or wonderful. He didn't try to overcharge me for diagnostics that he didn't feel we're going to benefit me. He explained everything that he did and told me to bring the car back in two weeks so that he could take a quick look and make certain that the work that was done was in fact effective. I would absolutely encourage anybody to use them because of their honesty alone. They also are not there to price gouge you!

Matt is a great mechanic I live in North Carolina and I still drive all the way down to take my truck to him because I know he’s gonna do it right. No questions asked he’s even a good sport when I throw extra stuff on him to do but I truly would have nobody else work on my GMC 2500. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I stop in this place to see about having my car checked out. He told me he would have to make me an appointment and drop it off, test drive and then let me know. I then ask him what this would cost me. He said it’s starts at 75.00 and go up from there. He was so rude when he was telling me this. I told him I had been screwed over by a dealership and I wasn’t going to let anyone else screw me over again. He proceeded to tell me that this wasn’t wish’s and dreams. I didn’t even let him finish before I told him never mind and that he had a bad attitude and I left. I wouldn’t ever go back there. I’ve never been talked to like he talked to me from a business where I would have brought him work. I would never recommend this company. Maybe this guy needs some people skills.
