I used to come here a lot for oil changes but when the prices would change each and every time, from $75, to $73, $69, $110, $74...I finally quit going. They also never had my oil filter so Id have to wait for a delivery which could take 20 mins to an hour. Finally decided to go back due to a good deal with my hubs job on an oil change, on 10/16. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 days. I walked in 15 mins early for my 8am appointment. Asked the mechanic if he had my oil filter. He said no, hed have to order. I told him I was quite busy and if he didnt get the filter in 20 mins, I would be leaving. They proceeded to break down my car, pull the filter and empty the oil anyways. 1 hour after I arrived and multiple attempts to contact the delivery people about my filter the mechanic drove to them to get it. Im fuming by then. As I told them I was busy and would leave if no filter came and they still broke down the car and forced me to wait. I called corporate only to be hung up on then they never called back or answered. DO NOT GO HERE! Im done giving them chances. Horrible customer service!!!!

Went to the Tire Choice in Lake Wales Fl to have my tire pressure check because of a low pressure light indicator. Turns out it was one of the TPMS sensors had gone bad. Sam took me in right away, ordered the part (part came back the same day), got me back in, problem solved. It's been a few days since then and have not had any further issues. Thank you Sam for your customer service and expertise.

Great product, however, poor communication. I had called five times for update, talked to someone apparently on the other side of planet. Reason, no one stays inside cost cutting I suppose. Staff was great, overwhelmed. If you don’t mind off schedule and can just wait to see if they will get on your car by all means go for it.

Employees don't know what services they can do or can't do. Showed up for appointment to find out they can't do alignments on dually trucks. I specifically asked this when I made the appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

My 2006 TrailBlazer power steering wasn’t very easy to turn. They checked out all the fluids, finding the PS fluid was very low, and so was the brake fluid. They both were replaced and now my hands don’t hurt anymore from steering and brakes a charm! Great service and pleasant staff.

Not honest or competent mechanics. I cannot recommend going here for anything more than using the phone to get a tow to another shop. They have worked repeatedly on my car and messed it up time and time again. I have given them too many chances and put my families life on the line every time with a catastrophic failure that resulted from their "repairs". I could go through the list of damage that was done to my car and the reasons I had taken them in from the start, but I can honestly sum it up with they left a washer between the nuts on my steering and it came loose. For those of you who don't know, the machine has pictures, a preschooler would have known that a washer does not belong in the tie rod. Find someone on YouTube, you might be saving more than a few bucks and a headache. I went back because I don't have all the tools they have and wanted to let them try to make it right, but they proved their worth. A shady car dealer is probably more reliable than coming here, and they don't even have competitive pricing for most of their services

Have found the Lake Wales shop to be Very Good on a wide variety of car and truck repairs and maintenance. Chose them for coolant thermostat, radiator and MAF sensor replacement on My first Gen Kia Sorento SUV. Scheduled this with the store manager Sam. Also cleared check engine light after repairs. Chose the shop again for oil change, New tires, brake pads, alignment for Nisan Titan pickup truck. Personable and knowledgeable.
