Disappointing, after taking almost three hours for an oil change and that's with an appointment, then getting home after the service and smelling burning oil. After lifting the hood i could see oil spray under the hood, around the oil filter housing and other places and when looking under the vehicle there was oil everywhere and oil dripping from several spots. Apparently the service tech damaged the oil plug and while this explains the oil leaking underneath it doesn't explain the oil everywhere else. I did contact the service manager but was given a very unsatisfactory explanation while not addressing my concerns such as why it was allowed to leave the shop in that condition and why i took almost 3 hours for a oil service.

I don’t feel they know what they’re doing out there. You ask them one thing and they say yes it’s all OK and then you get home and shut off your car and then your oil change light comes on.

I was in for an oil change in tire rotation. While I was there, they also check the transmission for me . as always, they were very courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed. I so appreciate the dealership went to see my salesman and said hello to him. MOSE is a wonderful guy. And if I decide to trade in my vehicle and get a new one, I will always come back and deal with your dealership.

This place tried to charge my husband for work that was already done at another Dodge dealer. I asked to speak with a manager and some guy came on who was not even a manager who said they are independent dealers and would not address the issue properly. I tried to tell him it didn't matter they were independent and he was incompatent. He did not want to speak to me after that. So I called the manager and he did fix the issue. Because of this experience my husband no longer wants to buy a dodge ram truck.

My Grand Cherokee has 8700 mikes on it. Got a screw in the right front tire took it to the dealership for repair-patch. They advised screw to close to sidewall wanted over $400.00 to replace one tire. I can buy the same tire fir $256.00 on Tire Rack. So they are making double their cost to replace a tire. No!

I’ve bought this 3600 dually truck brand new in November 2025. I’ve had general maintenance and tire rotation done. The rims have cuts in them already. I’m thinking it was sold to me that way and revealed with the tire rotation. The rear tire sensors were bad when I bought it. I’ve been back twice already to get an electrical issue repaired. They keep telling me that they don’t have the time. It’s covered under warranty. I’m sure that’s why they do not have the time to fix it. I’m becoming more and more displeased with Dodge Ram with each vehicle that I own that’s made by this brand.

Went it for an oil change, tire rotation, and a airbag recall that they got backorder parts in stock finally. I'm a long time customer with you guys to the point where I buy oil change packages, so the service up to this point was at the least satisfactory. Until 8/2. First, they had my car for 7 hours. I had a 9:30am appt. Whoever worked on my car scratched 3 rims (fresh scars) my detailer caught them ( I have timestamped pictures). I believe my rims were rolled on the ground on the face as well as the lug nuts being spun in and out with the impact wrench because they all have fresh nicks on them (no corrosion). They left the drivers side A pillar molding loose and had hand and palm prints all the way around the engine hood, quarter panel, hood of the car and doors. One of the rubber stoppers for the hood is missing. All my SRT pages were gone but luckily one of the salesman was able to do a reboot and brought me back to life. Aleysha was great with customer service, but the people that worked on my car were terrible. Didn't even replace the sticker for the next oil change. I will be back on Monday morning to discuss. I take great care of my car and I've never felt more disappointed and disrespected from a shop giving me my car back in the condition it was given back to me than I did on 8/2/25. Especially from a dealer that I bought the car from. Update - it's 1400 on 8/6/2025 when I'm writing this Update. Went in yesterday (Tuesday 8/5) to get the A pillar interior molding seated correctly and an updated oil sticker that was never put on the car until I asked. However, now my seat belt up and down adjustment doesn't work and got to work today, when I went to put the sun sheild in the window of my car, the whole clip for the visor came out of the headliner on the passenger side. I'm truly in disbelief. Still waiting on the call from GM/Owner. Update I've been satisfied by Mr. Mahalak. Not completely but satisfied nonetheless. Thanks.
