This is the place to go if you want it done right. 2011 997.2 GTS - less than 30k miles. Do you think I'm careful who works on it? :-) Simply great experience putting on a protective film. EVERYONE from Dave, Jessica and Chris (hope I spelled correctly) were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thoughtful. The pricing more than fair given the high quality of the work. Real pride in their work. Low key, no pressure. Classic old school customer service where you the customer are genuinely appreciated unlike some places that seem to want to make you feel like you should be honored they let you be their customer. Here you are treated honestly, fairly and with exceptional quality.

I scheduled a "Chrome Delete" wrap, window tinting and 3 Stage Auto detail with 5 Point. Upon arrival it quickly became clear that they are no nonsense as it relates to TOTAL auto care. Each teammate was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable about the services I was requesting. 5Point completed the work on time and walked me through the details of what was done. I was in total shock as the car looked as if it had rolled like new off the Audi manufacturing floor. The 3 stage auto detail is out of this world, and I would recommend this to anyone in need of a beautiful shine and interested in protecting their cars paint. From the time I started bringing my vehicle here in October 2015, I've always received nothing but the best service at 5 Point Auto Spa. They stand behind the products and services that they provide. I have a 2014 Ford Flex that is coated with CeramicPro and completely tinted with Pentagon IR. The salespeople at the Ford dealership says it looks brand new, even with the custom wheels.

5 stars for 5 Point Auto Spa. I was in the market for a full ceramic coating and frontal clear bra and came across 5 Point. Jessica and the rest of crew were professional and took care of every request I had. I had shopped around to multiple places and 5 Point was by far the most competitive in terms of pricing. The best compliment one can give a business is by being a repeat customer. I have taken two of my cars for Ultimate IR tint, ceramic coating, and full car PPF. My GLA mercedes benz 2025 received the Ultimate ION treatment -lifetime warranty (and a car wash after 10 days for checking if product was cured good)- and it was the best decision for me since I want to keep my car clean looking longer and maintain the color nice. I had an excellent experience at 5 Point. I got my car wrapped in XPEL Stealth for my black car as well as a layer of Ceramic Pro on everything. The team struggled a little with the application of some of the stealth wrap due to the toughness of the material, but they eventually prevailed and compensated me for the minor time inconveniences. They were extremely polite and bent over backwards for me. I highly recommend them for advice and service on protecting your paint.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 here for a full color-change wrap, chrome delete and a couple interior things. They were really friendly when I was inquiring about the options, and they took a lot of time to walk me through the options and show me pictures and let me see the cars they were working on at the time to give me ideas. It's obvious they have a lot of experience with Teslas and even Model 3s. The price was right around what I was expecting and the work was done quickly. 4 months after I had the wrap done I ran into a tire tread on the freeway and it left streaks along the side of the car. Most of the panels needed to be re-wrapped and they were great about working with my insurance to get my claim approved quickly. Again, I was impressed with the service and quick turn around. When they originally wrapped the car there was some wrinkling around the edges on the inside of the side mirrors because of how tightly it needed to wrap around. I didn't mind that much and just assumed it was unavoidable so I didn't say anything. When I picked up the car the second time I noticed that they re-wrapped the mirrors even better to eliminate the wrinkled edges, even thought those parts were not affected by the accident and I never said anything about it. That really impressed me and proves that they care about the quality of their work and are willing to go above and beyond to make things right. I am super glad I pulled the trigger on wrapping my Model 3 and would recommend 5 Point for anyone else looking for the same service.

Very disappointed with the pricing process. I was quoted $1684 for PPF "full front" - hood, mirror caps, bumper, headlights. Same car, same install. When I showed up for the appointment, the price went up by $350 (20%) supposedly for trim pieces on the bumper. Classic bait and switch. It's possible they would have done a good job, but for not honoring the written quote I think one star is appropriate.

UPDATED November 19, 2026 - This morning I backed into a wall in a dark parking garage and as you can see in the updated photos, the PPF saved 90% of the paint damage to the area. Sure there is a big dent still but goes to show you how strong the PPF is and how protected the paint is under it considering the impact into a concrete block wall and the paint under is still fine. I took delivery of a 2024 Tesla Model 3 in June and had put off getting window tint installed due to being busy. In just a couple weeks two things were extremely clear 1. I needed window tint ASAP as my newborn was roasting in the back seat 2. In only a couple weeks the passenger side has scratches the entire length of the vehicle, I suspect from street parking next to bushes. I took the vehicle to Ceramic Pro Elite in San Diego and they installed window tint on all side windows and the glass roof as well as paint protection film on the entire vehicle. The window tint has made a night and day difference in the amount of heat we were feeling inside the car. They were able to buff the scratches out and with the PPF over it now, the car looks better than brand new. Literally better, the paint has a dealer, glossier look than when it was brand new. Huge huge thank you to Dane, Adam, and all of the Ceramic Pro Elite crew. The facility is absolutely beautiful and everyone there was super super friendly and helpful.

Went in to get my car detailed after a long road trip and figured it was overdue. The staff was easy to talk to and explained what they were going to do without trying to upsell a bunch of extras. The interior came out really clean, especially the seats and floor mats which had a lot of dirt built up. Outside looked good too, nice shine without looking overdone. It did take a little longer than expected, but I wasn’t in a rush. Overall, solid work and the car felt fresh driving it home. I’d consider coming back again.
