I’ve been bringing my car to this shop for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re incredibly responsive, reliable, and fast—qualities that are hard to come by all in one place. After a lot of comparison shopping, I found they offer the best value without compromising on quality, which really sealed the deal for me. Precision Auto was a Godsend to me, stranded on a Friday, on the street, with a dead battery, and a new alternator (OEM) and serpentine belt -and I only had 3 hours in that spot according to local popo. From my initial call, Precision was top notch. Customer service that was professional and helpful. They gave me a quoted estimate that was fair and matched at the end of the day - the mechanic even stayed past the normal end of the day to complete the service so I wasn't stranded for the weekend. I came to Precision after a bad experience at another shop. They've been an absolute pleasure to work with, especially Fiyel at the front desk. They have fair pricing, find creative solutions when needed, and aren't going to try to upsell you just for the sake of profits. They've helped me with my failed ABS, air conditioning wiring, oil leaks, and several other concerns over the last few months. Good customer service is hard to find in any industry.
