Car accidents are already stressful situations, Jason made the insurance process a breeze. I had both body damage and internal repairs that needed to be done to my Audi. Him and the team went above and beyond for my repairs and I'm so grateful! I highly recommend, your car will be in terrific hands. It's obvious they only want to deliver the best end result and they're very realistic about time estimates and will keep you in the loop the entire duration and are extremely accommodating. I am so glad that Jason was referred, which led me to cancelling the company my insurance company provided.

Terrible experience! Owner took my car out for personal use and rear ended another vehicle while in his shop. He did not have permission to drive my car other than within the shop area. He did not inform me that he was in an accident with my car, I found out 4 days later from my insurance since a claim was filed by the other driver. The accident happened in downtown at 3am on a Sunday morning. My insurance deemed Jason to be a permissive driver since i gave him my keys. He promised to make it right and fix the damages of both mine and the other vehicle's damages. Said he had exchanged his info with that person and that he would be liable. My insurance had to verify this but he never answered their calls nor called them back. Fast forward to a couple of days ago, I receive a letter that my insurance accepted limited liability of the damages to the other driver. After getting the runaround for several days of when my car would be done, I finally get it and the supposed repairs were a mess. The dent that he was supposed to fix was hardly visible at a glance before the "repair" now has multiple small dents where the one dent used to be and very visible. My license plate was missing and according to him, he can't find it. (I still don't have it) My grill is cracked and there is a small scrape still on my bumper which was supposed to be fixed since he caused the damage in the accident. There is a 2foot by 3 inch scuff on my hood, which he admitted was caused by his shop and there was an additional repair that was done on a panel by my rear window that wasn't part of the estimate. That would've been great had it been done nicely. It is very sloppy, dripped paint and compound stuck under the seal. Overall the whole job is sloppy. I still have compound residue in the crevices and around the seals in other areas , my sonar is not working and I'm yet to receive a refund. Beware and be warned.
