Even though today was a holiday, I called to check if this location was open and was warmly greeted by Omar, who cheerfully assured me to come on by. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The team quickly checked my history and got my oil change started right away. In just about 20 minutes, they had also topped off my fluids and filled my tires—all with efficiency and care. It was a pleasure running into familiar faces like Trung, whom I knew from the downtown location, and I was equally impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Marco, Dennis, Joseph, and Roberto. This Kearny Mesa location has an exceptional team, and despite having another location closer to me, I’ll be returning here for my future car maintenance needs. I truly appreciate an environment where people take pride in their work, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. Great experience! I appreciate honesty more than anything. I topped off my oil myself before a road trip and accidentally overfilled it. I told them if it was overfull they could just go ahead and change the oil completely. They told me they could, but the overfilling wouldn’t cause any catastrophic failure so it was up to me. I really appreciate them not trying to sell me on things I don’t need! That’s hard to find these days. When I am due for my oil change I’ll definitely be back!

Came in for an oil change during my lunch break and received the most amazing service. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by the manager Trung, and from that moment forward I knew I was going to have an excellent experience. The whole team who serviced my car did an outstanding job. They even cleaned my windshield, reset the OBD2 light, and told me about the conditions under my car. I haven't been treated this good for an oil change ever. I will absolutely come back. PRO TIP- ask for the $15 off coupon. Wonderful experience told them I needed to be in and out in 15 minutes and they delivered. Unbelievably good customer service felt like I was at a fine dining restaurant with how well I was greeted and taken care of. I got my windshield wipers replaced and the nicest synthetic oil they had and it was $152 after tax.
