Wow! Best customer service of any repair shop I’ve ever been to. Very fair/reasonable pricing. (Much less than dealership.) They finished earlier than expected. They even let me borrow a car. April, at the front desk, was so friendly, explained all my options, kept me updated on the status, and couldn’t have been nicer. I have never had such a good experience with a car repair. I will always bring my car to them from now on and would recommend them to anyone!

JCM is not only Japanese car masters , they are customer service masters and truly knowledgeable, helpful and provide service with integrity! My Mazda Cx5 2016 was having some growing pains after 140,000 miles and these techs not only brought her back to optimal health but did with a smile and information to ensure I can keep this vehicle running happily . I had a tried an alternate mechanic in the past and had a challenging experience. Sadly , those repairs did not stick and I had a feeling I should have gone with JCM first . Competitive and just rates are way worth avoiding a headache of bad service. Glad I found a new home for my repairs and oil changes that I can trust with having the knowledge, expertise and excellent customer interaction . I was even able to rent a vehicle for the day at a fraction of the cost to go about my day while my car was in the shop . April, at the front desk is extraordinary, professional and can really explain the details of repairs. Just helps when you are investing in your car to know it’s in good hands! Don’t hesitate using JCM for your car.

I was happy to find out JCM will work on all foreign and domestic cars. The mechanics there have rare talent in diagnosing and repairing autos and trucks. I've taken friends and family cars to Jeff for years. In addition to regular maintenance, he was able to unravel a few tricky problems. Jeff knows not just my specific car, but the story on that particular model's common weaknesses. He uses that knowledge to guide his safety check of an auto. Nice people, knowledgeable, respectful of your ride, fair price, good turnaround time.

(0 stars) Paid $300 for a diagnostic that I probably could’ve retrieved at AutoZone for free. Was told my catalytic converter was bad and my radiator was leaking, with the option to replace both for additional $5500. Turns out it was my power steering pump that was leaking, which is not included in the diagnostic (see attached). Come to find Japanese car masters graciously topped off my fluids to the point of gross negligence where my power steering fluid is 2 inches above the max fill line. See attached photo. I guess that explains why my vehicle is now pissing power steering fluid all over my engine. Bottom line, my car is in worse shape than it was before Japanese car master. Would not return if they offered to correct their mistakes free of charge. At the very least JCM took the time to reach out and respond to my Google review by scolding me for something that I did? Bad car service and even worse customer service, zero stars across the board.

Very happy with the services received for my Toyota RAV4. Everyone was very helpful and communicative, I walked in not knowing what was going on with my car engine and Japanese car masters worked swiftly to diagnose my car problem. They kept me informed of what needed to be immediately fixed and what other things would eventually need to be taken care of. I appreciate the work done, my RAV4 drives so much smoother now. They were also very helpful working with my pickup schedule for my car due to my work schedule. They always keep me updated with the status of my car, let me know if they found additional things, check in a few days after my appointment to see how my car is running, and even asked if I wanted to make an appointment when they saw my car was due for an oil change.
